Translation of the meanings Ayah: (39) Surah: Al-A‘rāf

Ayah: 39

وَقَالَتۡ أُولَىٰهُمۡ لِأُخۡرَىٰهُمۡ فَمَا كَانَ لَكُمۡ عَلَيۡنَا مِن فَضۡلٖ فَذُوقُواْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَكۡسِبُونَ
(39) The first of them said to the last of them: “You are no better than us. Taste you the Punishment for what you used to earn[1620]”.
[1620] The sins they used to commit. (al-Ṭabarī, al-Shinqīṭī, al-ʿAdhb al-Namīr)
