إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
96. Indeed, those against whom your Lord’s Word (of torment) is justified will not believe,
