إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
2. Indeed, We have sent it down a perfect Qur'an in Arabic, so that you may understand.
