Ayah: 236

لَّا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِن طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ مَا لَمۡ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ أَوۡ تَفۡرِضُواْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةٗۚ وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ عَلَى ٱلۡمُوسِعِ قَدَرُهُۥ وَعَلَى ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ قَدَرُهُۥ مَتَٰعَۢا بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

236. There is no blame on you if you divorce women when you have not touched them90 nor specified for them a dowry, But give them a 'suitable' compensation, the wealthy according to his means, and the poor according to his means, a provision according to what is acceptable - (this is) a duty on the good-doers.

90. I.e., had sexual relation with them.
