إِنِّي وَجَدتُّ ٱمۡرَأَةٗ تَمۡلِكُهُمۡ وَأُوتِيَتۡ مِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ وَلَهَا عَرۡشٌ عَظِيمٞ
23. Indeed, I found a woman ruling over them [5], and she has been given (a share) of every thing and she has a great throne.
