3
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ يَغۡفِرُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ
129. And to Allāh belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. He forgives whom He wills, and chastises whom He wills. Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
