يَٰبُنَيَّ أَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَأۡمُرۡ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَٱنۡهَ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِ وَٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَآ أَصَابَكَۖ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ مِنۡ عَزۡمِ ٱلۡأُمُورِ
17. O my son, keep up the prayer and enjoin what is right (and just) [8] and forbid what is wrong [9], and bear patiently whatever befalls you. Indeed, that is of the matters (requiring) determination.
[8]. Islâmic Monotheism and all that is good.
[9]. I.e., disbelief in the Oneness of God, polytheism of all kinds and all that is evil and bad.
