Ayah: 5

يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ثُمَّ يَعۡرُجُ إِلَيۡهِ فِي يَوۡمٖ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُۥٓ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
5. He rules and regulates every affair 'of His creation' from the heaven to the earth 'with Perfection and Wisdom'; then every affair ascends to Him on a Day whose length is a thousand years by your counting.
