كِتَٰبٞ فُصِّلَتۡ ءَايَٰتُهُۥ قُرۡءَانًا عَرَبِيّٗا لِّقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ

3. 'It is' a Book whose Verses are fully expounded, a perfect Qur’an 'revealed in Arabic' for a people who 'seek to' know 'Truth from error',
