بَشِيرٗا وَنَذِيرٗا فَأَعۡرَضَ أَكۡثَرُهُمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَسۡمَعُونَ

4. A giver of good news (of eternal Bliss) and a warner (of Chastisement), but most of them turn away, so they do not listen.
