وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَمَلَإِيْهِۦ فَقَالَ إِنِّي رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
46. We certainly sent Moses with Our signs to Pharaoh and his council, and he said: "I am the messenger of 'Allāh' Lord of all that exists (of mankind, jinn, angels, etc)."
