فَأَهۡلَكۡنَآ أَشَدَّ مِنۡهُم بَطۡشٗا وَمَضَىٰ مَثَلُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
8. So We destroyed those who were stronger than these 'pagans' in power, and the example of the predecessors have already been related,
