إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ فِي لَيۡلَةٖ مُّبَٰرَكَةٍۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُنذِرِينَ
3. We have sent it down 'the Qur’an' on a blessed night3 to warn "mankind'4.
3. I.e., Laylatul Qadar - the Night of Decree in Ramadan.
