Translation of the meanings Ayah: (57) Surah: Al-Mā’idah
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تَتَّخِذُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ دِينَكُمۡ هُزُوٗا وَلَعِبٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۡ وَٱلۡكُفَّارَ أَوۡلِيَآءَۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
57. Believers, do not take for guardians (and confidants) those who take your religion as mockery and jest, among those who were given the Scripture before you (the Jews and Christians) and the disbelievers (the pagans). Fear Allah (God) and shun evil, if you are truly believers.
