Ayah: 18

مَّا يَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيۡهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٞ
18. He (i.e., man) utters not a word but there is by him a watcher ready 'to record'.
