تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٖ
4. The angels and the (holy) spirit (Gabriel) descend in it by the Permission of their Lord (Allāh) with all Decrees [3].
[3]. To descend down with everyone's destiny that is decreed by Allāh from that year to the next.
