Translation of the meanings Ayah: (58) Surah: Al-Qasas
وَكَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَرۡيَةِۭ بَطِرَتۡ مَعِيشَتَهَاۖ فَتِلۡكَ مَسَٰكِنُهُمۡ لَمۡ تُسۡكَن مِّنۢ بَعۡدِهِمۡ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗاۖ وَكُنَّا نَحۡنُ ٱلۡوَٰرِثِينَ
Et combien avons-Nous fait périr des cités qui étaient ingrates (alors que leurs habitants vivaient dans l’abondance), et voilà qu’après eux leurs demeures ne furent que très peu habitées, et c’est Nous qui en fûmes l’héritier. @Corrected
