Ayah: 107

وَفَدَيۡنَٰهُ بِذِبۡحٍ عَظِيمٖ

Et Nous le rançonnâmes d’une immolation généreuse .

[774] Ce verset et le verset suivant rapportent qu’Abraham fut autorisé par Allah à racheter la vie de son fils unique d’alors, Ismaël, qu’il devait immoler, par le sacrifice d’un animal.
