Al-Falaq

Ayah: 1

قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡفَلَقِ
Πες (ω, Μωχάμμαντ): «Αναζητώ καταφύγιο στον Κύριο της Χαραυγής,

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
Από το κακό (που προέρχεται) από τα δημιουργήματα που έπλασε,

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
Και το κακό της νύχτας με το βαθύ σκοτάδι της όταν διαχέεται (και καλύπτει τα πάντα),

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِي ٱلۡعُقَدِ
Και το κακό εκείνων (των μαγισσών) που φυσούν στους κόμπους,

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ
Και το κακό του ζηλόφθονου όταν ματιάζει.»
