א-תכאתיור

Ayah: 1

أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ
1 תאוות הבצע הסיטה אתכם,

حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَقَابِرَ
2 עד שביקרתם בבתי הקברות.

كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
3 לא ולא! סופכם שתדעו.

4 אכן! סופכם שתדעו

كَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
5 לא ולא! לו תכירו הכרה וודאית

لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ
6 את השאול הייתם רואים,

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
7 ושנית, תראוה בוודאות!

ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
8 ובאותו יום ,תיתנו דין וחשבון על ההנאות.
