Translation of the meanings Ayah: (191) Surah: Āl-‘Imrān
الَّذِیْنَ یَذْكُرُوْنَ اللّٰهَ قِیٰمًا وَّقُعُوْدًا وَّعَلٰی جُنُوْبِهِمْ وَیَتَفَكَّرُوْنَ فِیْ خَلْقِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ ۚ— رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هٰذَا بَاطِلًا ۚ— سُبْحٰنَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ ۟
जो खड़े और बैठे और अपनी करवटों पर लेटे हुए अल्लाह को याद करते हैं तथा आसमानों और ज़मीन की रचना में सोच-विचार करते हैं। (वे कहते हैं :) ऐ हमारे पालनहार! तूने यह सब कुछ बेकार[115] नहीं रचा है। अतः हमें आग के अज़ाब से बचा ले।
115. अर्थात यह विचित्र रचना तथा व्यवस्था अकारण नहीं, तथा आवश्यक है कि इस जीवन के पश्चात भी कोई जीवन हो जिसमें इस जीवन के कर्मों के परिणाम सामने आएँ।
