Al-Wâqi‘ah

Purposes of the Surah:
بيان أحوال العباد يوم المعاد.
Chiarimento delle condizioni dei servi nel Giorno della Resurrezione

Ayah: 1

إِذَا وَقَعَتِ ٱلۡوَاقِعَةُ
Quando giungerà il Giorno della Resurrezione, senza alcun dubbio,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

لَيۡسَ لِوَقۡعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ
un'anima non potrà rinnegare come rinnegava in vita.

Ayah: 3

خَافِضَةٞ رَّافِعَةٌ
Umilierà i miscredenti licenziosi facendoli entrare nel fuoco ed eleverà i credenti devoti facendoli entrare in Paradiso.

Ayah: 4

إِذَا رُجَّتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ رَجّٗا
Quando la terra verrà scossa da un grande movimento

Ayah: 5

وَبُسَّتِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ بَسّٗا
e le montagne si saranno frantumate;

فَكَانَتۡ هَبَآءٗ مُّنۢبَثّٗا
eccole, dopo essersi frantumante, divenire polvere dispersa.

Ayah: 7

وَكُنتُمۡ أَزۡوَٰجٗا ثَلَٰثَةٗ
E sarete divisi in tre categorie, in quel Giorno.

Ayah: 8

فَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَيۡمَنَةِ
Quelli della destra, che riceveranno i loro libri nella mano destra: quant'è elevato il loro rango!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 9

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ
E quelli della Sinistra, che riceveranno i loro libri nella mano sinistra: che infausto e nefando il loro rango!

Ayah: 10

وَٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ ٱلسَّٰبِقُونَ
E i primi ad aver compiuto opere buone, in vita, saranno i primi, nell'Aldilà, ad entrare in Paradiso.

Ayah: 11

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَ
Costoro saranno i più vicini ad Allāh.

Ayah: 12

فِي جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
Nei Paradisi delle Delizie, nei quali godranno delle varie beatitudini.

Ayah: 13

ثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Una parte di questo popolo fa parte dei popoli del passato,

Ayah: 14

وَقَلِيلٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
e poche persone degli ultimi tempi saranno tra i primi, i più prossimi,

عَلَىٰ سُرُرٖ مَّوۡضُونَةٖ
su scranni ricamati d'oro,

Ayah: 16

مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَيۡهَا مُتَقَٰبِلِينَ
poggiati su questi scranni, l'uno di fronte all'altro, nessuno guarderà le spalle dell'altro.

Benefits of the verses in this page:
• دوام تذكر نعم الله وآياته سبحانه موجب لتعظيم الله وحسن طاعته.
• Rammentare sempre le grazie di Allāh e i Suoi segni, gloria Sua, è necessario per elogiare Allāh e migliorare la propria obbedienza a Lui dovuta.
• انقطاع تكذيب الكفار بمعاينة مشاهد القيامة.
• Sul fatto che i miscredenti smetteranno di rinnegare quando assisteranno al Giorno della Resurrezione.
• تفاوت درجات أهل الجنة بتفاوت أعمالهم.
• Sulle differenze di rango della gente del Paradiso, in base alle loro azioni.

Ayah: 17

يَطُوفُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وِلۡدَٰنٞ مُّخَلَّدُونَ
I loro giovani servitori li serviranno senza invecchiare né morire.

Ayah: 18

بِأَكۡوَابٖ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأۡسٖ مِّن مَّعِينٖ
Porteranno loro coppe e brocche senza manico e bicchieri di vino, che scorrerà nel Paradiso senza sosta,

Ayah: 19

لَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنۡهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ
che non è come il vino della vita, berlo non crea mal di testa né fa perdere la ragione.

Ayah: 20

وَفَٰكِهَةٖ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ
Questi giovani serviranno loro la frutta che sceglieranno,

وَلَحۡمِ طَيۡرٖ مِّمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ
e serviranno loro la carne di uccello che desiderano.

Ayah: 22

وَحُورٌ عِينٞ
E, nel Paradiso, avranno donne con occhi grandi e belli,

Ayah: 23

كَأَمۡثَٰلِ ٱللُّؤۡلُوِٕ ٱلۡمَكۡنُونِ
come perle preservate nella loro conchiglia,

Ayah: 24

جَزَآءَۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
ricompensa per le buone azioni che compivano in vita.

Ayah: 25

لَا يَسۡمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغۡوٗا وَلَا تَأۡثِيمًا
Non ascolteranno, nel Paradiso, parole oscene, né parole che conducono al peccato.

إِلَّا قِيلٗا سَلَٰمٗا سَلَٰمٗا
Non ascolteranno altro che il saluto degli angeli e il saluto reciproco.

Ayah: 27

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
E le persone di destra coloro che riceveranno i loro libri con la mano destra, quanto e alto il loro rango presso Allāh

Ayah: 28

فِي سِدۡرٖ مَّخۡضُودٖ
Saranno tra giuggioli senza spine, che non arrecano danno,

Ayah: 29

وَطَلۡحٖ مَّنضُودٖ
e banani folti e dai rami fitti,

Ayah: 30

وَظِلّٖ مَّمۡدُودٖ
e ombre distese e continue, senza fine,

Ayah: 31

وَمَآءٖ مَّسۡكُوبٖ
e acqua corrente e incessante,

Ayah: 32

وَفَٰكِهَةٖ كَثِيرَةٖ
e abbondante frutta che non è possibile quantificare,

Ayah: 33

لَّا مَقۡطُوعَةٖ وَلَا مَمۡنُوعَةٖ
che non finirà e che non ha stagioni, e che nulla potrà loro impedire ogniqualvolta la desidereranno,

Ayah: 34

وَفُرُشٖ مَّرۡفُوعَةٍ
e alti materassi posizionati sui letti.

Ayah: 35

إِنَّآ أَنشَأۡنَٰهُنَّ إِنشَآءٗ
E, in verità, abbiamo creato queste donne in modo speciale,

Ayah: 36

فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُنَّ أَبۡكَارًا
e le abbiamo rese pure, mai toccate prima,

Ayah: 37

عُرُبًا أَتۡرَابٗا
amorevoli con i loro mariti, coetanee.

Ayah: 38

لِّأَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
Le abbiamo create per la gente della destra, per coloro che vengono condotti a destra, cosa che li rende felici.

Ayah: 39

ثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
Essi sono una parte dei popoli dei profeti del passato,

Ayah: 40

وَثُلَّةٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
e una parte del popolo di Muħammed, pace e benedizione di Allāh su di lui ﷺ, l'ultimo popolo.

Ayah: 41

وَأَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ مَآ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ
E le persone della sinistra che riceveranno i loro libri nella mano sinistra, quanto e degradante la loro condizione e il loro destino

Ayah: 42

فِي سَمُومٖ وَحَمِيمٖ
In un vento caldissimo e acqua caldissima,

Ayah: 43

وَظِلّٖ مِّن يَحۡمُومٖ
e ombre di fumo nerastro.

Ayah: 44

لَّا بَارِدٖ وَلَا كَرِيمٍ
né benevolo né piacevole alla vista quando è di passaggio.

إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ قَبۡلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُتۡرَفِينَ
In verità essi, prima che subissero la punizione a cui erano destinati, erano ostinati e non pensavano ad altro che ai loro vizi,

Ayah: 46

وَكَانُواْ يُصِرُّونَ عَلَى ٱلۡحِنثِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
e perseveravano nella miscredenza nei confronti di Allāh e nell'adorare idoli all'infuori di Lui.

Ayah: 47

وَكَانُواْ يَقُولُونَ أَئِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابٗا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبۡعُوثُونَ
E negavano la Resurrezione e dicevano, deridendola e affermando che non potesse accadere: "Quando moriremo saremo terra e ossa sgretolate, torneremo forse in vita?!

Ayah: 48

أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ
"Oppure verranno resuscitati i nostri antenati morti prima di noi?!"

Ayah: 49

قُلۡ إِنَّ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
Di', o Messaggero, a questi rinnegatori della Resurrezione: "In verità, i primi e gli ultimi tra di loro

Ayah: 50

لَمَجۡمُوعُونَ إِلَىٰ مِيقَٰتِ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
verranno radunati senza alcun dubbio, nel Giorno della Resurrezione, per il Rendiconto e la Retribuzione.

Benefits of the verses in this page:
• العمل الصالح سبب لنيل النعيم في الآخرة.
• Le buone azioni sono il motivo per cui si ottiene la beatitudine nell'Aldilà.
• الترف والتنعم من أسباب الوقوع في المعاصي.
• Il lusso e lo svago sono tra le cause del peccato.
• خطر الإصرار على الذنب.
• Sul pericolo di perseverare nel commettere peccato.

Ayah: 51

ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمۡ أَيُّهَا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ ٱلۡمُكَذِّبُونَ
Poi voi che rinneghi la risurrezione, che siete sviati dalla retta via, nel giorno della risurrezione mangerete il frutto dell'albero di Zaqqum, ed è il frutto più cattivo e sgradevole.

Ayah: 52

لَأٓكِلُونَ مِن شَجَرٖ مِّن زَقُّومٖ
Poi voi che rinneghi la risurrezione, che siete sviati dalla retta via, nel giorno della risurrezione mangerete il frutto dell'albero di Zaqqum, ed è il frutto più cattivo e sgradevole.

Ayah: 53

فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡبُطُونَ
Riempirete i vostri ventri vuoti di quella pianta amara.

فَشَٰرِبُونَ عَلَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡحَمِيمِ
e la accompagnerete bevendo acqua bollente;

فَشَٰرِبُونَ شُرۡبَ ٱلۡهِيمِ
ne berrete tanta quanta ne bevono i cammelli, a causa dell'afa.

هَٰذَا نُزُلُهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلدِّينِ
Il cibo amaro e l'acqua bollente menzionati è l'ospitalità loro riservata nel Giorno della Retribuzione.

Ayah: 57

نَحۡنُ خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ فَلَوۡلَا تُصَدِّقُونَ
Noi vi abbiamo creati, o voi rinnegatori, dal nulla; ora credete che siamo in grado di riportarvi in vita dopo la morte?!

Ayah: 58

أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تُمۡنُونَ
Avete visto – o gente – il seme che gettate negli uteri delle vostre mogli?!

ءَأَنتُمۡ تَخۡلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡخَٰلِقُونَ
Siete stati voi a creare quel seme oppure Allāh lo ha creato?!

Ayah: 60

نَحۡنُ قَدَّرۡنَا بَيۡنَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ
Abbiamo decretato per voi la morte; ognuno di voi ha un termine che non può essere anticipato né ritardato, e ciò non ci è impossibile.

Ayah: 61

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ أَمۡثَٰلَكُمۡ وَنُنشِئَكُمۡ فِي مَا لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
Siamo in grado di cambiare il vostro aspetto e la vostra forma che conoscete e di ricrearvi in un'altra forma e aspetto che non conoscete.

Ayah: 62

وَلَقَدۡ عَلِمۡتُمُ ٱلنَّشۡأَةَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ فَلَوۡلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
Siete venuti a conoscenza di come vi abbiamo creati la prima volta: non ne prendete atto e non comprendete che Colui che vi ha creati la prima volta è in grado di resuscitarvi dopo la morte?!

Ayah: 63

أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا تَحۡرُثُونَ
Avete visto i semi che gettate in terra?!

Ayah: 64

ءَأَنتُمۡ تَزۡرَعُونَهُۥٓ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلزَّٰرِعُونَ
Siete voi a far germogliare quei semi oppure siamo Noi a farlo?!

Ayah: 65

لَوۡ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلۡنَٰهُ حُطَٰمٗا فَظَلۡتُمۡ تَفَكَّهُونَ
Se avessimo voluto trasformare quel campo in rifiuti, dopo averlo quasi portato a germogliare, lo avremmo fatto; dopodiché sareste rimasti sorpresi, chiedendovi cosa gli sia accaduto.

Ayah: 66

إِنَّا لَمُغۡرَمُونَ
Avreste detto: "In verità, siamo stati puniti perdendo tutti i nostri sacrifici fatti.

بَلۡ نَحۡنُ مَحۡرُومُونَ
Anzi, siamo stati privati del sostentamento".

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَآءَ ٱلَّذِي تَشۡرَبُونَ
Avete visto l'acqua che bevete quando avete sete?!

Ayah: 69

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنزَلۡتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡمُزۡنِ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنزِلُونَ
L'avete fatta scendere voi dalle nuvole del cielo o siamo stati Noi a farla scendere?!

Ayah: 70

لَوۡ نَشَآءُ جَعَلۡنَٰهُ أُجَاجٗا فَلَوۡلَا تَشۡكُرُونَ
Se avessimo voluto rendere quell'acqua molto salata, rendendola inutilizzabile per bere o irrigare, lo avremmo fatto. Dovreste ringraziare Allāh che la faccia scendere pura, per Misericordia nei vostri confronti.

Ayah: 71

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ ٱلنَّارَ ٱلَّتِي تُورُونَ
Avete visto il fuoco che accendete a vostro beneficio?!

Ayah: 72

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَنشَأۡتُمۡ شَجَرَتَهَآ أَمۡ نَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُنشِـُٔونَ
Siete voi ad aver creato la pianta con la quale lo accendete, oppure siamo stati Noi a crearla per pietà nei vostri confronti?!

Ayah: 73

نَحۡنُ جَعَلۡنَٰهَا تَذۡكِرَةٗ وَمَتَٰعٗا لِّلۡمُقۡوِينَ
Abbiamo reso questo fuoco un monito per voi, in modo che rammentiate il fuoco dell'Aldilà, e ve lo abbiamo asservito affinché sia utile ai viaggiatori.

Ayah: 74

فَسَبِّحۡ بِٱسۡمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
Glorifica, o Messaggero, il tuo Dio, L'Immenso, secondo ciò che Gli si addice.

Ayah: 75

۞ فَلَآ أُقۡسِمُ بِمَوَٰقِعِ ٱلنُّجُومِ
Allāh ha giurato sulle posizioni delle stelle e le loro orbite.

Ayah: 76

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَقَسَمٞ لَّوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ
E, in verità, giurare su queste orbite è un giuramento solenne, se sapeste; è solenne poiché contiene segni e prove non quantificabili.

Benefits of the verses in this page:
• دلالة الخلق الأول على سهولة البعث ظاهرة.
• La prima creazione è un'evidente prova della facilità della Resurrezione.
• إنزال الماء وإنبات الأرض والنار التي ينتفع بها الناس نعم تقتضي من الناس شكرها لله، فالله قادر على سلبها متى شاء.
• Far scendere l'acqua, far germogliare le piante dalla terra e il fuoco utile alle persone sono grazie che necessitano gratitudine nei confronti di Allāh, e di cui Allāh è in grado di privarle quando vuole.
• الاعتقاد بأن للكواكب أثرًا في نزول المطر كُفْرٌ، وهو من عادات الجاهلية.
• La convinzione che le stelle influenzino la discesa della pioggia è miscredenza ed è una credenza dei tempi dell'ignoranza.

Ayah: 77

إِنَّهُۥ لَقُرۡءَانٞ كَرِيمٞ
In verità, il Corano che vi viene recitato, o gente, è il Generoso Corano, in seguito ai grandi benefici che contiene.

Ayah: 78

فِي كِتَٰبٖ مَّكۡنُونٖ
In un libro protetto dagli sguardi della gente, ovvero la Matrice del Libro,

Ayah: 79

لَّا يَمَسُّهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُطَهَّرُونَ
che non possono toccare altri che gli angeli privi di peccati e di mancanze,

Ayah: 80

تَنزِيلٞ مِّن رَّبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
rivelato dal Dio delle Creature al Suo Profeta Muħammed, pace e benedizione di Allāh su di lui ﷺ.

Ayah: 81

أَفَبِهَٰذَا ٱلۡحَدِيثِ أَنتُم مُّدۡهِنُونَ
Rinnegate questo racconto, o voi idolatri, e non vi credete?!

Ayah: 82

وَتَجۡعَلُونَ رِزۡقَكُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ تُكَذِّبُونَ
Considerate la vostra idolatria verso Allāh, è per le grazie che vi ha concesso che Lo rinnegate, attribuite la pioggia a Al-NEW النَّوْء(la forte pioggia), dite: "Abbiamo ricevuto la pioggia di tale Naw e tale New (chi dice questo è come se dicesse: Credo alle stelle e rinnego Allāh).

Ayah: 83

فَلَوۡلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلۡحُلۡقُومَ
Quando avranno l'anima in gola,

Ayah: 84

وَأَنتُمۡ حِينَئِذٖ تَنظُرُونَ
in quel momento osservate il moribondo che è davanti ai vostri occhi,

Ayah: 85

وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَيۡهِ مِنكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تُبۡصِرُونَ
mentre Noi, con la nostra Sapienza, la Nostra Potenza e i Nostri angeli siamo più vicini al moribondo di quanto lo siate voi, ma voi non potete vedere questi angeli.

Ayah: 86

فَلَوۡلَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ غَيۡرَ مَدِينِينَ
Se, come affermate, non verrete resuscitati affinché siate giudicati per le vostre azioni,

Ayah: 87

تَرۡجِعُونَهَآ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ
fate tornare l'anima che abbandona il vostro moribondo, se siete veritieri! Ma non sarete in grado di farlo.

Ayah: 88

فَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ
Se il moribondo era uno di coloro che si affrettano a fare il bene,

Ayah: 89

فَرَوۡحٞ وَرَيۡحَانٞ وَجَنَّتُ نَعِيمٖ
otterrà il riposo e non sarà poi affaticato, e avrà un buon sostentamento, la Misericordia e il Paradiso, nel quale godrà di tutto ciò che il suo animo desidera.

وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
90 - 91 - Se il moribondo fa parte della gente della destra, non preoccuparti per lui, poiché costoro otterranno la pace e la salvezza.

Ayah: 91

فَسَلَٰمٞ لَّكَ مِنۡ أَصۡحَٰبِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ
90 - 91 - Se il moribondo fa parte della gente della destra, non preoccuparti per lui, poiché costoro otterranno la pace e la salvezza.

Ma se il moribondo era uno di coloro che smentiscono ciò che il Messaggero pace e benedizioni di Allāh su di luiﷺ ha comunicato, è uno degli sviati dalla Retta Via,

• شدة سكرات الموت وعجز الإنسان عن دفعها.
• Sulla gravità del momento della morte e l'incapacità della persona di respingerla.
• الأصل أن البشر لا يرون الملائكة إلا إن أراد الله لحكمة.
• Il principio è che gli esseri umani non possano vedere gli angeli, se non per una ragione voluta da Allāh.
• أسماء الله (الأول، الآخر، الظاهر، الباطن) تقتضي تعظيم الله ومراقبته في الأعمال الظاهرة والباطنة.
• I nomi di Allāh (il Primo, l'Ultimo, Il Manifesto, l'Invisibile,) necessitano la lode ad Allāh e di tenerlo a mente nelle azioni manifeste e intime.
