Translation of the meanings
Ayah: (44) Surah: Ibrāhīm
وَأَنذِرِ ٱلنَّاسَ يَوۡمَ يَأۡتِيهِمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ قَرِيبٖ نُّجِبۡ دَعۡوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ ٱلرُّسُلَۗ أَوَلَمۡ تَكُونُوٓاْ أَقۡسَمۡتُم مِّن قَبۡلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٖ
44. Ir perspėk (Muchammedai ﷺ) žmoniją apie Dieną, kai kančia juos pasieks. Tada nusidėjėliai sakys: „Mūsų Viešpatie, leisk mums atsikvėpti trumpam, mes atsiliepsime į Tavo Kvietimą ir paseksime Pasiuntiniais!“ (Bus pasakyta): „Argi jūs neprisiekėte kadaise, kad jūs nepaliksite (pasaulio dėl Amžinybės)?“
