Translation of the meanings
Ayah: (140) Surah: Al-Baqarah
أَمۡ تَقُولُونَ إِنَّ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمَ وَإِسۡمَٰعِيلَ وَإِسۡحَٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوبَ وَٱلۡأَسۡبَاطَ كَانُواْ هُودًا أَوۡ نَصَٰرَىٰۗ قُلۡ ءَأَنتُمۡ أَعۡلَمُ أَمِ ٱللَّهُۗ وَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّن كَتَمَ شَهَٰدَةً عِندَهُۥ مِنَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ بِغَٰفِلٍ عَمَّا تَعۡمَلُونَ
140. Arba jūs sakote, kad Ibrahimas (Abraomas), Ismailis (Izmaelis), Ishakas (Izaokas), Jakūbas (Jokūbas) ir Al-Asbat [dvylikos Jakūbo (Jokūbo) sūnų palikuonys] buvo judėjai arba krikščionys? Sakyk: „Jūs geriau žinote ar Allahas (žino geriau, kad jie visi buvo musulmonai)? Ir kas yra labiau neteisus nei tas, kuris slepia liudijimą [t. y. tikėti Pranašu Muchammedu ﷺ, kai jis ateis, kaip įrašyta jų Knygose (žr. aja 7:157)], iš Allaho? Ir Allahas nėra nežinantis apie tai, ką jūs darote.“
