ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُواْ لِإِخۡوَٰنِهِمۡ وَقَعَدُواْ لَوۡ أَطَاعُونَا مَا قُتِلُواْۗ قُلۡ فَٱدۡرَءُواْ عَنۡ أَنفُسِكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ
168. (Jie yra) tie, kurie sakė apie savo nužudytuosius brolius, patys sėdėdami (namuose): „Jei tik jie būtų mūsų paklausę, jie nebūtų buvę nužudyti.“ Sakyk: „Nukreipkite nuo savęs mirtį, jei sakote tiesą.“
