Translation of the meanings Surah: Ash-Shu‘arā’   Ayah:

Ayah: 137

إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا خُلُقُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
137 . Tekiri kino (eky'okubuulirira kwokola) okugyako nkola ya baasooka.

Ayah: 138

وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
138 . Era ffe tetuli ba kubonerezebwa.

Ayah: 139

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
139 . Nebamulimbisa olwo nno ne tubazikiriza, mazima mu ekyo mulimu eky'okuyiga naye abasinga obungi mu bo tebakkiriza.

Ayah: 140

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
140 . Era mazima Mukama omulabiriziwo ddala yye ye nantakubwa ku mukono omusaasizi.

كَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُودُ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
141 . Abantu ba Thamud baalimbisa ababaka.

إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ صَٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
142 . Mu kiseera muganda waabwe Swalehe we yabagambira nti abaffe temutya (Katonda)!.

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
143 . Mazima nze gye muli ndi mubaka mwesigwa.

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
144 . Kale mutye Katonda era mungondere.

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
145 . Era sikibasabirako mpeera empeera yange teri okugyako ku Mukama omulabirizi w'ebitonde byonna.

أَتُتۡرَكُونَ فِي مَا هَٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ
146 . (Mulowooza nti) mujja kulekebwa mirembe mu bintu ebiri wano.

فِي جَنَّٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖ
147 . (Nga muli) mu malimiro n'emigga.

148 . N'ebimera n'emitende egiweese enkota enzito.

وَتَنۡحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ بُيُوتٗا فَٰرِهِينَ
149 . Era nemukola amayumba mu nsozi mu ngeri y'ekikugu.

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
150 . Kale mutye Katonda era mungondere.

وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
151 . Era temugondera ekigambo ky'abasukka e nsalosalo za Katonda.

ٱلَّذِينَ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ

قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَحَّرِينَ
153 . Nebagamba nti mazima ggwe oli wa mu baloge.

مَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُنَا فَأۡتِ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
154 . Toli ggwe okugyako muntu nga ffe, kale leeta akabonero bwoba nga oli mu boogera amazima.

Ayah: 155

قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٞ لَّهَا شِرۡبٞ وَلَكُمۡ شِرۡبُ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
155 . Naagamba nti engamiya yiino, erina okunywa (ku lunaku lwayo) nammwe munywe ku lunaku olumanyiddwa.

Ayah: 156

وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوٓءٖ فَيَأۡخُذَكُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
156 . Temugituusangako kabi ne bibakwata e bibonerezo by'olunaku oluzito.

فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصۡبَحُواْ نَٰدِمِينَ
157 . Wabula baagifumita (neefa) olwo nno ne baba nga bejjusa.

فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
158 . Ebibonerezo ne bibatuukako mazima mu ekyo mulimu eky'okuyiga, naye abasinga obungi mu bo tebakkiriza.
