Translation of the meanings Surah: Yūsuf   Ayah:

Ayah: 44

قَالُوٓاْ أَضۡغَٰثُ أَحۡلَٰمٖۖ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِتَأۡوِيلِ ٱلۡأَحۡلَٰمِ بِعَٰلِمِينَ
Nibaboola mbu; “Ako namaloro kenjilanemwo. Ne efwe shikhwamanya okhukalula amaloro tawe.”
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 45

وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِي نَجَا مِنۡهُمَا وَٱدَّكَرَ بَعۡدَ أُمَّةٍ أَنَا۠ أُنَبِّئُكُم بِتَأۡوِيلِهِۦ فَأَرۡسِلُونِ
Naboola ulia owahonokokha mubabili balia, niyetsulila nibiakhabura ebise bititi, “Esie nditsa okhubaboolela okhukalula khwamaloro ako, kho murume.

Ayah: 46

يُوسُفُ أَيُّهَا ٱلصِّدِّيقُ أَفۡتِنَا فِي سَبۡعِ بَقَرَٰتٖ سِمَانٖ يَأۡكُلُهُنَّ سَبۡعٌ عِجَافٞ وَسَبۡعِ سُنۢبُلَٰتٍ خُضۡرٖ وَأُخَرَ يَابِسَٰتٖ لَّعَلِّيٓ أَرۡجِعُ إِلَى ٱلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُونَ
Yusufu, ewe owatoto, khukalulile tsing’ombe saba tsikhomefu tsilibungwa nende tsing’awu saba, nende tsingore saba tsimbisi nende etsindi tsinyumu, kho esie engalushe khubandu, kho banyoole okhumanya."

Ayah: 47

قَالَ تَزۡرَعُونَ سَبۡعَ سِنِينَ دَأَبٗا فَمَا حَصَدتُّمۡ فَذَرُوهُ فِي سُنۢبُلِهِۦٓ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّمَّا تَأۡكُلُونَ
Naboola mbu; “Mulalima emika saba malondokhana. Kho, biamuchesa, mubileshe khubisuche (khubisokoro) biabio, halali bititi khubiamulia.

Ayah: 48

ثُمَّ يَأۡتِي مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَ سَبۡعٞ شِدَادٞ يَأۡكُلۡنَ مَا قَدَّمۡتُمۡ لَهُنَّ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّمَّا تُحۡصِنُونَ
Mana chitsa okhwitsa emika saba chiobutinyu chitsa okhulia ebia mwachibishila, halali shititi shamwitsa okhubikha.

Ayah: 49

ثُمَّ يَأۡتِي مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَ عَامٞ فِيهِ يُغَاثُ ٱلنَّاسُ وَفِيهِ يَعۡصِرُونَ
Mana kano nikakhawa, kuletsa omwika okwa abandu betsa okhukwisilibwamwo ifula, ne mukwo balatinya ebinywebwa."

Ayah: 50

وَقَالَ ٱلۡمَلِكُ ٱئۡتُونِي بِهِۦۖ فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُ ٱلرَّسُولُ قَالَ ٱرۡجِعۡ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَسۡـَٔلۡهُ مَا بَالُ ٱلنِّسۡوَةِ ٱلَّٰتِي قَطَّعۡنَ أَيۡدِيَهُنَّۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي بِكَيۡدِهِنَّ عَلِيمٞ
Omwami naboola mbu; “Murere khwisie.” Olwa omurumwa yamuulila, Yusuf naboola mbu; “Kalukha khumwami wuwo omureebe amakhuwa kabakhasi beteta emikhono chiabu. Toto Nyasaye wanje Omulesi yamanya muno ebifwanga biabu."

Ayah: 51

قَالَ مَا خَطۡبُكُنَّ إِذۡ رَٰوَدتُّنَّ يُوسُفَ عَن نَّفۡسِهِۦۚ قُلۡنَ حَٰشَ لِلَّهِ مَا عَلِمۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ مِن سُوٓءٖۚ قَالَتِ ٱمۡرَأَتُ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡـَٰٔنَ حَصۡحَصَ ٱلۡحَقُّ أَنَا۠ رَٰوَدتُّهُۥ عَن نَّفۡسِهِۦ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَمِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
Omwami naboola mbu; “Mwali nende shina olwa mwekomba Yusuf naye nalenyele?” Nibaboola mbu; “Apoo! Shikhwamanyakhwo obubii bwosibwosi khuye tawe.” Omukhaye womwami ulia naboola mbu; “Toto bulano obwatoto bwakhamanyikha. Nesie wamwikomba naye nalenyele tawe. Ne toto ye ali mubandu abobwatoto.”

Ayah: 52

ذَٰلِكَ لِيَعۡلَمَ أَنِّي لَمۡ أَخُنۡهُ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي كَيۡدَ ٱلۡخَآئِنِينَ
(Yusuf naboola mbu) “Ako nilwokhubeela mbu, (Omwami) amanye mbu esie shindamukholela obubii inyuma wuwe tawe, ne mbu Nyasaye shalunjisinjia ebifwanga bia abakhobi tawe.
