Ayah: 1

الٓمٓ
Alif, Lam, Mim.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
Buno ni Obwishio bweshitabu shibulamwo inganakani tawe, burula khu Nyasaye Omulesi webiloonje bioosi.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

أَمۡ يَقُولُونَ ٱفۡتَرَىٰهُۚ بَلۡ هُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ لِتُنذِرَ قَوۡمٗا مَّآ أَتَىٰهُم مِّن نَّذِيرٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَهۡتَدُونَ
Koo, nohomba baboolanga mbu yashikasia omwene? Halali shio shirula khu Nyasaye wuwo Omulesi, kho wikanyilisie abandu baloolilwakho nende Omwikanyilisi imbeli wuwo tawe, khobanyoole okhulunjikha.

Ayah: 4

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٖ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ مَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَلِيّٖ وَلَا شَفِيعٍۚ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ
Nyasaye niye owaloonga likulu nende eshialo, nende ebili hakari wabio khutsinyanga tsisaasaba (sita). Mana naachingukha ekulu weshisaala shishie shioluyali, mubula omulindi nohomba ubasabila halali Ye, shimwitsulilangakhwo tawe?

Ayah: 5

يُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ثُمَّ يَعۡرُجُ إِلَيۡهِ فِي يَوۡمٖ كَانَ مِقۡدَارُهُۥٓ أَلۡفَ سَنَةٖ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّونَ
Abusinjia amakhuwa koosi okhurula mwikulu okhutsia khushialo, mana kakalukha ewuwe khunyanga ndala sa yeshichelo shiayo ni emika iyelefu ndala khutsinyanga tsiamubalanga.

Ayah: 6

ذَٰلِكَ عَٰلِمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Oyo niye omumanyi wamakhuwa kefisile nende akali habulafu. Owamaani, Owetsimbabaasi muno.

Ayah: 7

ٱلَّذِيٓ أَحۡسَنَ كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقَهُۥۖ وَبَدَأَ خَلۡقَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنِ مِن طِينٖ
Ulia owaloonga obulai ifwani ya buli eshindu, mana nachaka okhuloonga omundu okhurula khwiloba.

Ayah: 8

ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسۡلَهُۥ مِن سُلَٰلَةٖ مِّن مَّآءٖ مَّهِينٖ
Mana nakhola olwibulo lulwe (lwomundu) okhurulana nende amatsi amateshele.

Ayah: 9

ثُمَّ سَوَّىٰهُ وَنَفَخَ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِهِۦۖ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرَ وَٱلۡأَفۡـِٔدَةَۚ قَلِيلٗا مَّا تَشۡكُرُونَ
Mana namukasia obulai, ne namufuramwo okhurula khumwoyo kukwe, ne nabahelesia tsimbulililo, nende tsindolelo nende emioyo, ne orio inditi niyamumupilanga.

Ayah: 10

وَقَالُوٓاْ أَءِذَا ضَلَلۡنَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَءِنَّا لَفِي خَلۡقٖ جَدِيدِۭۚ بَلۡ هُم بِلِقَآءِ رَبِّهِمۡ كَٰفِرُونَ
Nibaboola mbu: “Koo, olwa khulikorera mwiloba (mana khube liloba) mbu khulikalusibwa okhuba ebiloonje ebiyiakha?” (Nendio) halali bo bakhaya mbu shibalibukana nende Nyasaye wabu Omulesi tawe.

Ayah: 11

۞ قُلۡ يَتَوَفَّىٰكُم مَّلَكُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ ٱلَّذِي وُكِّلَ بِكُمۡ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ تُرۡجَعُونَ
Boola mbu: “Alibafwisia Malaika welifwa owarebwaho khwinywe, mana mulikalusibwa ewa Nyasaye wenyu Omulesi.”
