Translation of the meanings Surah: Qāf   Ayah:

Ayah: 16

وَلَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ وَنَعۡلَمُ مَا تُوَسۡوِسُ بِهِۦ نَفۡسُهُۥۖ وَنَحۡنُ أَقۡرَبُ إِلَيۡهِ مِنۡ حَبۡلِ ٱلۡوَرِيدِ
Ne toto khwaloonga Omundu, ne khwamanya shimubeyibeyinjia mumwoyo kukwe, nafu khuli ahambi muno khuye okhushila omusi kwo mwikosi we.

Ayah: 17

إِذۡ يَتَلَقَّى ٱلۡمُتَلَقِّيَانِ عَنِ ٱلۡيَمِينِ وَعَنِ ٱلشِّمَالِ قَعِيدٞ
Olwa Abamalaika babili balibukana, owundi niyekhala omukhono omulunji ne owundi omukaata.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 18

مَّا يَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيۡهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٞ
Shiyakhaboola liosiliosi tawe halali hali nende omulenji werechekha obulayi muno (owuhandikanga).

Ayah: 19

وَجَآءَتۡ سَكۡرَةُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ بِٱلۡحَقِّۖ ذَٰلِكَ مَا كُنتَ مِنۡهُ تَحِيدُ
Ne tsisaalila tsiokhurula omwoyo tsiliitsa khubwatoto. Ako niko kawerukhanga.

Ayah: 20

وَنُفِخَ فِي ٱلصُّورِۚ ذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ ٱلۡوَعِيدِ
Ne olwika lulifurwamwo, eyo niyo inyaanga yokhunyola amabii kalakwa.

Ayah: 21

وَجَآءَتۡ كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٞ وَشَهِيدٞ
Ne buli Omundu aliitsa nali nende Omuliindi nende Omuloli.

Ayah: 22

لَّقَدۡ كُنتَ فِي غَفۡلَةٖ مِّنۡ هَٰذَا فَكَشَفۡنَا عَنكَ غِطَآءَكَ فَبَصَرُكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ حَدِيدٞ
Aboolelwe mbu: “Toto ewe wali wang’ang’ala ehale nende kano, mana khukhuyiniyekhwo shiakhwikalilanga okhulola, kho okhulola khukhwo nyanga yino nokhulayi muno.”

Ayah: 23

وَقَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ هَٰذَا مَا لَدَيَّ عَتِيدٌ
Ne owashie aliboola mbu: “Wendi ninaye uno amalile okhurechekhwa.”

Ayah: 24

أَلۡقِيَا فِي جَهَنَّمَ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ عَنِيدٖ
(Nyasaye aboole): “Sukune mumulilo buli omukhayi po, omwandakanyu.

مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٖ مُّرِيبٍ
Owikalilanga amalayi, wabura eshichelo, owobukanakani.

Ayah: 26

ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَأَلۡقِيَاهُ فِي ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلشَّدِيدِ
Ulia watsokaasia Nyasaye nende abanyasaye baandi, kho mumusukune mushinyasio eshilulu.”

Ayah: 27

۞ قَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ رَبَّنَا مَآ أَطۡغَيۡتُهُۥ وَلَٰكِن كَانَ فِي ضَلَٰلِۭ بَعِيدٖ
Owashe aliboola mbu: “Nyasaye wefu Omulesi, esie shindamukosia tawe halali ye yali mubukori obwa ehale.”

Ayah: 28

قَالَ لَا تَخۡتَصِمُواْ لَدَيَّ وَقَدۡ قَدَّمۡتُ إِلَيۡكُم بِٱلۡوَعِيدِ
Nyasaye aliboola mbu: “Mulasolana imbeli wanje tawe, ndamala okhubarumila amekanyilisio.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 29

مَا يُبَدَّلُ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ لَدَيَّ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِظَلَّٰمٖ لِّلۡعَبِيدِ
Liumaho likalukhanibungwa imbeli wanje tawe, ne esie shekholelanga Abasumba banje obubii tawe.”

Ayah: 30

يَوۡمَ نَقُولُ لِجَهَنَّمَ هَلِ ٱمۡتَلَأۡتِ وَتَقُولُ هَلۡ مِن مَّزِيدٖ
Inyanga yakhulireba (omuliro kwa) Jahannam mbu: “Witsuule?” Nayo ilikalusia mbu: “Abaandi baliwo umete?”

Ayah: 31

وَأُزۡلِفَتِ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ غَيۡرَ بَعِيدٍ
Ne omukunda kwomwikulu (Janna) kulisitibwa hambi khu baria Nyasaye.

Ayah: 32

هَٰذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِكُلِّ أَوَّابٍ حَفِيظٖ
Kano niko kamulakungwa khu ulia ukalukha muno khu Nyasaye mana niyelinda po.

Ayah: 33

مَّنۡ خَشِيَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنَ بِٱلۡغَيۡبِ وَجَآءَ بِقَلۡبٖ مُّنِيبٍ
Ulia waria Nyasaye khukefisile, mana niyetsa nende omwoyo omulunjifu.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 34

ٱدۡخُلُوهَا بِسَلَٰمٖۖ ذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمُ ٱلۡخُلُودِ
"Injilemwo nomulembe, ino ni inyanga yokhumenya obulaliwa tawe.”

Ayah: 35

لَهُم مَّا يَشَآءُونَ فِيهَا وَلَدَيۡنَا مَزِيدٞ
Balinyoolamwo shiosishiosi shiabeenya, ne khuli nende ebindi ebinji.
