An-Najm

Ayah: 1

وَٱلنَّجۡمِ إِذَا هَوَىٰ
Nditsuba khu ing’ining’ini olwa ikhamuukhanga.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

مَا ضَلَّ صَاحِبُكُمۡ وَمَا غَوَىٰ
Owashienywe uno shiyakora nohomba shiyakhola kano mukhwitsukhanila tawe.

Ayah: 3

وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰٓ
Ne shaboolanga khubwikombi bubwe tawe.

Ayah: 4

إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحۡيٞ يُوحَىٰ
Halali ni obufimbuli bwafimbulilungwa butswa.

عَلَّمَهُۥ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡقُوَىٰ
Yechesibwa nende Owamaani amanji.

ذُو مِرَّةٖ فَٱسۡتَوَىٰ
Owalongwa okhulongwa okhulayi mana nakololokha.

Ayah: 7

وَهُوَ بِٱلۡأُفُقِ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ
Naye ali ebuleka wa hekulu muno wekulu lia hasi.

ثُمَّ دَنَا فَتَدَلَّىٰ
Mana nasuta ehambi nende omurumwa, ne nameta khandi okhusuta ehambi.

Ayah: 9

فَكَانَ قَابَ قَوۡسَيۡنِ أَوۡ أَدۡنَىٰ
Naba shinga oburambi bwa akari wetsimbeka tsibili tsiatsiyingo tsibiri nohomba ahambi muno.

Ayah: 10

فَأَوۡحَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ عَبۡدِهِۦ مَآ أَوۡحَىٰ
Mana namufimbulila Omusumba wuwe kalia akayafimbula.

Ayah: 11

مَا كَذَبَ ٱلۡفُؤَادُ مَا رَأَىٰٓ
Omwoyo shikwaboola obubeyi khukakwalola tawe.

أَفَتُمَٰرُونَهُۥ عَلَىٰ مَا يَرَىٰ
Koo, mumuyingasinjia khukayalola?

وَلَقَدۡ رَءَاهُ نَزۡلَةً أُخۡرَىٰ
Mana toto (Omurumwa) yamulolakhwo (Jibril) khandi.

Ayah: 14

عِندَ سِدۡرَةِ ٱلۡمُنتَهَىٰ
Mushisina shio musaala (mkunazi) kwokhumalilikha muno (omusala kuno kuli mwikulu lia msafu).

Ayah: 15

عِندَهَا جَنَّةُ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰٓ
Ahambi nende omusaala oko, kuliwo omukunda kwomwikulu kwamenywamwo.

Ayah: 16

إِذۡ يَغۡشَى ٱلسِّدۡرَةَ مَا يَغۡشَىٰ
Olwa kwafimbwa omusaala oko (khubunyali bwa Nyasaye) nende shiakufiimba (shilamanyishe mbu ni shina halali Nyasaye butswa niumanile).

Ayah: 17

مَا زَاغَ ٱلۡبَصَرُ وَمَا طَغَىٰ
Tsimoni shitsiesundukha tawe nohomba shitsiabura eshichelo tawe.

Ayah: 18

لَقَدۡ رَأَىٰ مِنۡ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّهِ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰٓ
Toto yalola khubimanyisio ebikhongo bia Nyasaye wuwe Omulesi.

Ayah: 19

أَفَرَءَيۡتُمُ ٱللَّٰتَ وَٱلۡعُزَّىٰ
Koo, mwalolakhwo Laata nende Uzza?

Ayah: 20

وَمَنَوٰةَ ٱلثَّالِثَةَ ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰٓ
Nende Manata, owundi wakhataru?

Ayah: 21

أَلَكُمُ ٱلذَّكَرُ وَلَهُ ٱلۡأُنثَىٰ
Koo, nenywe muli nabasiani Naye ali nabakhaana?

Ayah: 22

تِلۡكَ إِذٗا قِسۡمَةٞ ضِيزَىٰٓ
Toto okho ni okhukaba okhubi muno.

Ayah: 23

إِنۡ هِيَ إِلَّآ أَسۡمَآءٞ سَمَّيۡتُمُوهَآ أَنتُمۡ وَءَابَآؤُكُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلۡطَٰنٍۚ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهۡوَى ٱلۡأَنفُسُۖ وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَهُم مِّن رَّبِّهِمُ ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ
Ako namerasa kamwakulikha enywe nende basenywe, Nyasaye shiyeshiakhwo shiosishiosi khumeera ako tawe. Balondangasa amaparo nende shie mioyo chiabu chienya. Ne toto obulunjifu bwabetsela okhurula khu Nyasaye wabu Omulesi.

Ayah: 24

أَمۡ لِلۡإِنسَٰنِ مَا تَمَنَّىٰ
Mbu Omundu anyoolanga shia yekombanga?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 25

فَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ وَٱلۡأُولَىٰ
Nyasaye sa niye mwene mwikulu nende eshialo.

Ayah: 26

۞ وَكَم مِّن مَّلَكٖ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ لَا تُغۡنِي شَفَٰعَتُهُمۡ شَيۡـًٔا إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ أَن يَأۡذَنَ ٱللَّهُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡضَىٰٓ
Ne ni Abamalaika benga bali mwikulu, abokhusabila khwabu shikhulikhoonya yesiyesi tawe, halali khuwa Nyasaye achamile mana namufuchilila?
