وَكَانَ فِی الْمَدِیْنَةِ تِسْعَةُ رَهْطٍ یُّفْسِدُوْنَ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَلَا یُصْلِحُوْنَ ۟
४८. या शहरात नऊ (प्रमुख) माणसे होती, जे धरतीत उत्पात (फसाद) पसरवित होते आणि सुधारणेचे काम करीत नव्हते.
