یُعَذِّبُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَیَرْحَمُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ ۚ— وَاِلَیْهِ تُقْلَبُوْنَ ۟
२१. तो ज्याला इच्छिल अज़ाब देईल आणि ज्यावर इच्छिल दया करील, सर्व त्याच्याचकडे परतविले जाल.
