اِلَّا الْمُسْتَضْعَفِیْنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآءِ وَالْوِلْدَانِ لَا یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَ حِیْلَةً وَّلَا یَهْتَدُوْنَ سَبِیْلًا ۟ۙ
९८. परंतु जे पुरुष, ज्या स्त्रिया आणि लहान मुले लाचार-विवश आहेत, जे कसलीही उपाययोजना करू शकत नाहीत आणि ना मार्ग जाणतात.
