Translation of the meanings Surah: Al-A‘lā   Ayah:

Ayah: 11

وَیَتَجَنَّبُهَا الْاَشْقَی ۟ۙ
११. तथापि दुर्दैवी, यापासून दूर पळेल.

الَّذِیْ یَصْلَی النَّارَ الْكُبْرٰی ۟ۚ
१२. जो मोठ्या भयंकर आगीत दाखल होईल.

ثُمَّ لَا یَمُوْتُ فِیْهَا وَلَا یَحْیٰی ۟ؕ
१३. जिथे मग तो ना मरेल, ना जगेल, (किंबहुना मरणासन्न स्थितीतच पडून राहील).

قَدْ اَفْلَحَ مَنْ تَزَكّٰی ۟ۙ
१४. निःसंशय, त्याने सफलता प्राप्त केली, जो स्वच्छ शुद्ध झाला.

وَذَكَرَ اسْمَ رَبِّهٖ فَصَلّٰی ۟ؕ
१५. आणि ज्याने आपल्या पालनकर्त्याचे नाम स्मरणात ठेवले, आणि नमाज पढत राहिला.

بَلْ تُؤْثِرُوْنَ الْحَیٰوةَ الدُّنْیَا ۟ۚۖ
१६. परंतु तुम्ही तर ऐहिक जीवनालाच प्राधान्य देता.

وَالْاٰخِرَةُ خَیْرٌ وَّاَبْقٰی ۟ؕ
१७. आणि आखिरत (मरणोत्तर जीवन) अतिशय उत्तम निरंतर टिकून राहणारी आहे.

اِنَّ هٰذَا لَفِی الصُّحُفِ الْاُوْلٰی ۟ۙ
१८. या गोष्टीचे वर्णन पूर्वी (अवतरित झालेल्या) ग्रंथातही आहे.

صُحُفِ اِبْرٰهِیْمَ وَمُوْسٰی ۟۠
