Translation of the meanings Ayah: (172) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
وَإِذۡ أَخَذَ رَبُّكَ مِنۢ بَنِيٓ ءَادَمَ مِن ظُهُورِهِمۡ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمۡ وَأَشۡهَدَهُمۡ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ أَلَسۡتُ بِرَبِّكُمۡۖ قَالُواْ بَلَىٰ شَهِدۡنَآۚ أَن تَقُولُواْ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ إِنَّا كُنَّا عَنۡ هَٰذَا غَٰفِلِينَ
Yeroo Gooftaan kee ilmaan Aadam irraa, dugdaalee isaanii irraa sanyiilee isaanii baase, lubbuulee isaanii irratti ragaa isaan godhe [yaadadhu] "Ani Gooftaa keessanii mitii?" jecheen, Isaanis "Eeyyeen; ragaa baanee jirra" jedhan, Kunis akka isin Guyyaa Qiyaamaa "Dhugumatti, nuti kana irraa daguu keessa turre" hin jenneefi.
