وَاِنْ مِّنْ شَیْءٍ اِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَآىِٕنُهٗ ؗ— وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهٗۤ اِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُوْمٍ ۟
هېڅ څه شی نشته چې د هغه زيرمې له موږ سره نه وي، او موږ چې هر شى نازلوو په يوه ټاكلې اندازه يې نازلوو.
