اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا سَوَآءٌ عَلَیْهِمْ ءَاَنْذَرْتَهُمْ اَمْ لَمْ تُنْذِرْهُمْ لَا یُؤْمِنُوْنَ ۟
بې له شکه هغه (خاص) کسان چې کافران شوي دي، هغوی ته یوشان ده که هغوی ته (ای پیغمبره) ووېروې او که یې ونه وېروې، هغوی ایمان نه راوړي.
