ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِی الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ اَیْدِی النَّاسِ لِیُذِیْقَهُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذِیْ عَمِلُوْا لَعَلَّهُمْ یَرْجِعُوْنَ ۟
څرګند شوی دی فساد په وچه او لمده کې د هغو ګناهونو له امله چې د خلکو لاسونو کړي دي، تر څو وڅکوي دوی ته ځینې سزا د هغو عملونو چې دوی کړي دي لپاره د دې چې دوی د الله طاعت ته وګرځي.
