Translation of the meanings Ayah: (37) Surah: Ash-Shūra

Ayah: 37

وَالَّذِیْنَ یَجْتَنِبُوْنَ كَبٰٓىِٕرَ الْاِثْمِ وَالْفَوَاحِشَ وَاِذَا مَا غَضِبُوْا هُمْ یَغْفِرُوْنَ ۟ۚ
و همان کسانی‌که از گناهان کبیره و زشت دوری می‌کنند، و هرگاه از گفتار یا کردار بد کسی خشمگین شدند خطایش را می‌بخشند، و او را در قبال آن مجازات نمی‌کنند، و این عفو اگر خیر و مصلحتی در آن باشد، نشانۀ نیکوکاری آنها است.

مشورت در اسلام جایگاه بزرگی دارد.
• جواز مؤاخذة الظالم بمثل ظلمه، والعفو خير من ذلك.
جواز مؤاخذه ظالم به مانند ستمی که روا داشته است، هر چند بخشش بهتر است.
