Translation of the meanings Ayah: (23) Surah: Al-Isrā’
۞ وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَٰنًاۚ إِمَّا يَبۡلُغَنَّ عِندَكَ ٱلۡكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَآ أَوۡ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُل لَّهُمَآ أُفّٖ وَلَا تَنۡهَرۡهُمَا وَقُل لَّهُمَا قَوۡلٗا كَرِيمٗا
E teu Senhor decretou que não adoreis senão a Ele; e decretou benevolência para com os pais. Se um deles ou ambos atingem a velhice, junto de ti, não lhes digas: "Ufa!", nem os maltrates, e dize-lhes dito nobre.
