Translation of the meanings Ayah: (66) Surah: An-Nisā’
وَلَوۡ أَنَّا كَتَبۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ أَنِ ٱقۡتُلُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمۡ أَوِ ٱخۡرُجُواْ مِن دِيَٰرِكُم مَّا فَعَلُوهُ إِلَّا قَلِيلٞ مِّنۡهُمۡۖ وَلَوۡ أَنَّهُمۡ فَعَلُواْ مَا يُوعَظُونَ بِهِۦ لَكَانَ خَيۡرٗا لَّهُمۡ وَأَشَدَّ تَثۡبِيتٗا
E se Nós lhes houvéssemos prescrito:"Matai-vos" ou "Saí de vossos lares", não o haveriam feito, exceto poucos deles. E, se houvessem feito aquilo a que foram exortados, haver-lhes-ia sido melhor e tornar-se-lhes-ia mais firme a crença.
