هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

Ele é Quem dá a vida e dá a morte. Então, quando decreta algo, apenas, diz-lhe: "Sê", então, é.
