ਸੂਰਤ ਅਨ-ਨਸ਼ਰਹ

Ayah: 1

اَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ۟ۙ
1਼ (ਹੇ ਨਬੀ ਸ:!) ਕੀ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸੀਨਾ (ਹੱਕ ਦੀ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ) ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ।

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنْكَ وِزْرَكَ ۟ۙ
2਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਬੋਝ ਉਤਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

الَّذِیْۤ اَنْقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ۟ۙ
3਼ ਜਿਸ (ਬੋਝ) ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਢੂੰਹੀ ਤੋੜ ਸੁੱਟੀ ਸੀ।

وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ۟ؕ
4਼ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ (ਚਰਚਾ) ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

فَاِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ یُسْرًا ۟ۙ
5਼ ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਹਰੇਕ ਔਖਿਆਈ ਤੋਂ ਮਗਰੋਂ ਸੌਖਿਆਈ ਹੈ।

6਼ ਬੇਸ਼ੱਕ ਹਰੇਕ ਤੰਗੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਜੁੜੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ।

فَاِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَانْصَبْ ۟ۙ
7਼ ਸੋ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ (ਤਬਲੀਗ ਤੋਂ) ਵਿਹਲੇ ਹੋਵੋ ਤਾਂ (ਇਬਾਦਤ ਵਿਚ) ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰੋ।
