Ayah: 17

ٱذۡهَبۡ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ
17. Aad Fircoon, wuu xadgudbaye.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 18

فَقُلۡ هَل لَّكَ إِلَىٰٓ أَن تَزَكَّىٰ
18. Oo ku dheh: Ma dooneysaa inaad iska daahiriso (shirkiga iyo macaasida)?

Ayah: 19

وَأَهۡدِيَكَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَتَخۡشَىٰ
19. Oo aan kugu hanuunsho xagga Rabbigaa si aad uga baqdo?.

فَأَرَىٰهُ ٱلۡأٓيَةَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ
20. Markaasuu tusay Calaamddii Weyneyd (gacantii ifeysay ama ushii maska weyn noqoneysay).

فَكَذَّبَ وَعَصَىٰ
21. (Fircoon) se wuu beeniyey oo caasiyey.

ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ يَسۡعَىٰ
22. Markaasuu dib u jeestay isagoo (xumaan u) socda.

فَحَشَرَ فَنَادَىٰ
23. Oo soo kulmiyey (dadkiisii) oo kor u dhawaaqay.

فَقَالَ أَنَا۠ رَبُّكُمُ ٱلۡأَعۡلَىٰ
24. Oo yidhi: Waa aniga rabbigiin, sarreeya.

فَأَخَذَهُ ٱللَّهُ نَكَالَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ وَٱلۡأُولَىٰٓ
25. Markaasuu Alle ku dhigay ciqaab lagu tusaale qaato (xadgudubkii) dambe (sheegashadiisa ilaahnimo) iyo tii hore darteed (beeninta Muuse).

Ayah: 26

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَعِبۡرَةٗ لِّمَن يَخۡشَىٰٓ
26. Arrinkani waxaa ugu sugan cibrad (digniin) qof kastoo ka baqa Alle.

ءَأَنتُمۡ أَشَدُّ خَلۡقًا أَمِ ٱلسَّمَآءُۚ بَنَىٰهَا
27. Ma idinkaa adag abuur ahaan, mise samada, wuu dhisay.

رَفَعَ سَمۡكَهَا فَسَوَّىٰهَا
28.Wuxuu (samada) kor yeelay jurmigeeda oo waliba simay.

وَأَغۡطَشَ لَيۡلَهَا وَأَخۡرَجَ ضُحَىٰهَا
29. Oo ka yeelay mugdi habeenkeeda oo soo bixiyey maalinteeda (ifiyey).

وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ دَحَىٰهَآ
30. Dhulka markaa kaddib fidshay.

أَخۡرَجَ مِنۡهَا مَآءَهَا وَمَرۡعَىٰهَا
31. Wuxuu ka soo saaray biyaheeda iyo baadkeeda;

وَٱلۡجِبَالَ أَرۡسَىٰهَا
32. Buurahana wuu dhidbay;

مَتَٰعٗا لَّكُمۡ وَلِأَنۡعَٰمِكُمۡ
33. Sahay aad leedihiin idinka iyo xoolahiinnuba.

فَإِذَا جَآءَتِ ٱلطَّآمَّةُ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ
34. Markase ay timaaddo musiibada weyni.

يَوۡمَ يَتَذَكَّرُ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَا سَعَىٰ
35. Maalinka uu Aadmigu xusuusan wuxuu falay oo dhan.

وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلۡجَحِيمُ لِمَن يَرَىٰ
36. Oo Naarta loo muujiyo qof (waliba) oo arkaya,

فَأَمَّا مَن طَغَىٰ
37. Ma qofkii xad gudba.

وَءَاثَرَ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا
38. Oo door bida nolosha adduunkan.

فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ هِيَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰ
39. Hubaal Naarta waa hoygiisa.

وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفۡسَ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ
40. Qofkiise ka cabsada hor istaagga Rabbigi, oo ka reeba nafta hawa raaca.

Ayah: 41

فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ هِيَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰ
41. Hubaal Jannada - waa hoygiisa.

يَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلسَّاعَةِ أَيَّانَ مُرۡسَىٰهَا
42. Waxay wax kaa weydiin (Nabiyow) Saacadda (Qiyaame) goortay tahay.

Ayah: 43

فِيمَ أَنتَ مِن ذِكۡرَىٰهَآ
43. Maxaa ku ogeysiiyey waqtigeeda? Waxaad tahay mid ka mid ah calaamadaha soo dhowaanshaheeda.

Ayah: 44

إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ مُنتَهَىٰهَآ
44. Waa xagga Rabbigaa halkay ku dhammaan (ogaanshaheeda).

إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مُنذِرُ مَن يَخۡشَىٰهَا
45. Waxaad uun tahay (Nabiyow) u dige kuwa ka baqa.

كَأَنَّهُمۡ يَوۡمَ يَرَوۡنَهَا لَمۡ يَلۡبَثُوٓاْ إِلَّا عَشِيَّةً أَوۡ ضُحَىٰهَا
46. Maalinta ay arkayaan waxay ahaan sida inaysan ku nagaadin (adduunka) waxaan ahayn galab ama barqadeed.
