Al-layl

Ayah: 1

وَٱلَّيۡلِ إِذَا يَغۡشَىٰ
1. Waxaan ku dhaartay habeenka markuu daboolo (waxa samada iyo arlada dhexdooda ah).

Ayah: 2

وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ
2. Iyo maalinta markay muuqato (ifto);

وَمَا خَلَقَ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلۡأُنثَىٰٓ
3. Iyo abuurista labka iyo dheddigga.

إِنَّ سَعۡيَكُمۡ لَشَتَّىٰ
4. Xaqiiq, camalkiinnu (dadow) waa kala duwan yahay.

فَأَمَّا مَنۡ أَعۡطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ
5. Ma kan bixiya (xuquuqda lagu leeyahay) oo iska jira (shirki iyo macaasi).

وَصَدَّقَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ
6. Ee rumeeya tan wanaagga badan ee fiican (Jannada):

فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلۡيُسۡرَىٰ
7. Waxaan u fududeyneynaa jidka fudud (Islaamka).

وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ
8. Qofkiise ku bakheyla (maalka) oo isu arka mid deeqtoon (iskibriya).

وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ
9. Oo beeniya tan wanaagga badan ee fiican (Jannada).
