مَا كَانَ لِبَشَرٍ أَن يُؤۡتِيَهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَٱلۡحُكۡمَ وَٱلنُّبُوَّةَ ثُمَّ يَقُولَ لِلنَّاسِ كُونُواْ عِبَادٗا لِّي مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَٰكِن كُونُواْ رَبَّٰنِيِّـۧنَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تُعَلِّمُونَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَبِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَدۡرُسُونَ
No es concebible que una persona a quien Dios concede el Libro, la sabiduría y la profecía, diga a la gente: "Ríndanme culto a mí, no a Dios"; [una persona así] dirá: "Sean gente de Dios ilustrados en su religión, que [practican y] enseñan el Libro tal como lo han aprendido".
