Translation of the meanings Ayah: (23) Surah: Az-Zukhruf
وَكَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ فِي قَرۡيَةٖ مِّن نَّذِيرٍ إِلَّا قَالَ مُتۡرَفُوهَآ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا عَلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِهِم مُّقۡتَدُونَ
Cada vez que envié a un amonestador a un pueblo, los más ricos y poderosos decían: "Nosotros vimos a nuestros padres que practicaban una religión [politeísta], y seguimos sus pasos imitándolos".
