Ayah: 21

يُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡحَمُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ

21. Castiga a quien Él desea de Su creación por Su justicia, y tiene misericordia de quien Él desea de Su creación por Su gracia.
