Sura Al-Shu'araa

Ayah: 1

طسٓمٓ
1. Ta. Sin. Mim[711].

Ayah: 2

تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ ٱلۡمُبِينِ
2. Estas son las aleyas del Libro esclarecedor (el Corán).

Ayah: 3

لَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعٞ نَّفۡسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ
3. Puede que te consumas de pesar (¡oh, Muhammad!) porque (los habitantes de La Meca) no creen.

Ayah: 4

إِن نَّشَأۡ نُنَزِّلۡ عَلَيۡهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ ءَايَةٗ فَظَلَّتۡ أَعۡنَٰقُهُمۡ لَهَا خَٰضِعِينَ
4. Si quisiéramos, les enviaríamos un milagro del cielo que los obligaría a doblegarse ante la verdad con sumisión[712].
[712] No obstante, Al-lah no lo hace porque ha dotado al hombre de libertad para escoger el camino del bien o del mal.

Ayah: 5

وَمَا يَأۡتِيهِم مِّن ذِكۡرٖ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ مُحۡدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُواْ عَنۡهُ مُعۡرِضِينَ
5. Mas cada vez que les llega una nueva revelación del Clemente se apartan de ella.

Ayah: 6

فَقَدۡ كَذَّبُواْ فَسَيَأۡتِيهِمۡ أَنۢبَٰٓؤُاْ مَا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
6. Ciertamente han negado la verdad, y recibirán noticias de aquello de lo que se burlaban (el castigo de Al-lah, el cual se abatirá sobre ellos).

Ayah: 7

أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ كَمۡ أَنۢبَتۡنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوۡجٖ كَرِيمٍ
7. ¿Acaso no ven cómo hacemos que crezcan en la tierra todo tipo de nobles especies?

Ayah: 8

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
8. En verdad, en ello tienen una prueba (del poder) de Al-lah; pero la mayoría (de los hombres) no cree.

Ayah: 9

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
9. Y, ciertamente, tu Señor (¡oh, Muhammad!) es el Poderoso y el Misericordioso.

Ayah: 10

وَإِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئۡتِ ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
10. Y recuerda cuando tu Señor llamó a Moisés (y le dijo): “Ve al pueblo injusto,

Ayah: 11

قَوۡمَ فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ أَلَا يَتَّقُونَ
11. al pueblo del Faraón, ¿es que no van a temer a Al-lah?”.

Ayah: 12

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ
12. (Moisés) dijo: “¡Señor!, en verdad, temo que me desmientan.

Ayah: 13

وَيَضِيقُ صَدۡرِي وَلَا يَنطَلِقُ لِسَانِي فَأَرۡسِلۡ إِلَىٰ هَٰرُونَ
13. Y temo que mi pecho se oprima (si me desmienten) y que no pueda expresarme con claridad; envía, pues, a Aarón (conmigo).

Ayah: 14

وَلَهُمۡ عَلَيَّ ذَنۢبٞ فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقۡتُلُونِ
14. Y cometí un crimen[713] contra ellos y temo que me maten”.
[713] Ver la aleya 15 de la sura 28.

Ayah: 15

قَالَ كَلَّاۖ فَٱذۡهَبَا بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآۖ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّسۡتَمِعُونَ
15. (Al-lah) respondió: “No te matarán. Vayan los dos con Mis pruebas (y milagros). Yo estaré con ustedes escuchándolo todo.

Ayah: 16

فَأۡتِيَا فِرۡعَوۡنَ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
16. Preséntense ante el Faraón y díganle: ‘Somos mensajeros del Señor de toda la creación;

Ayah: 17

أَنۡ أَرۡسِلۡ مَعَنَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
17. Dejen que los hijos de Israel vengan con nosotros’”.

Ayah: 18

قَالَ أَلَمۡ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدٗا وَلَبِثۡتَ فِينَا مِنۡ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ
18. El Faraón dijo (a Moisés): “¿Acaso no te educamos de pequeño y viviste entre nosotros muchos años de tu vida,

Ayah: 19

وَفَعَلۡتَ فَعۡلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِي فَعَلۡتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
19. e hiciste lo que hiciste (matar a un egipcio) siendo desagradecido?”.

Ayah: 20

قَالَ فَعَلۡتُهَآ إِذٗا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
20. (Moisés) dijo: “Cometí aquel crimen cuando aún estaba extraviado.

Ayah: 21

فَفَرَرۡتُ مِنكُمۡ لَمَّا خِفۡتُكُمۡ فَوَهَبَ لِي رَبِّي حُكۡمٗا وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
21. Y hui de ustedes cuando tuve miedo, mas Al-lah me concedió conocimiento y me hizo uno de Sus mensajeros.

Ayah: 22

وَتِلۡكَ نِعۡمَةٞ تَمُنُّهَا عَلَيَّ أَنۡ عَبَّدتَّ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
22. ¿Y me reprochas ese favor (el de haberme criado de pequeño), cuando tú esclavizaste a los hijos de Israel?”.

Ayah: 23

قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَمَا رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
23. (Entonces) el Faraón dijo: “¿Y quién es el Señor de toda la creación?”.

Ayah: 24

قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ
24. (Moisés) respondió: “El Señor de los cielos y de la tierra y de cuanto hay entre ellos; si tienen corazones creyentes y discernimiento (crean, pues, en Él)”.

Ayah: 25

قَالَ لِمَنۡ حَوۡلَهُۥٓ أَلَا تَسۡتَمِعُونَ
25. (El Faraón) dijo a quienes se hallaban a su alrededor: “¿No oyen lo que dice?”.

Ayah: 26

قَالَ رَبُّكُمۡ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
26. (Moisés) prosiguió: “Él es su Señor y el Señor de sus antepasados”.

Ayah: 27

قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَكُمُ ٱلَّذِيٓ أُرۡسِلَ إِلَيۡكُمۡ لَمَجۡنُونٞ
27. El Faraón dijo: “En verdad, este Mensajero suyo que les ha sido enviado ha perdido el juicio”.

Ayah: 28

قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
28. (Moisés) prosiguió: “Él es el Señor de Oriente y de Occidente y de cuanto hay entre ambos; si de verdad razonan (crean en Él)”.

Ayah: 29

قَالَ لَئِنِ ٱتَّخَذۡتَ إِلَٰهًا غَيۡرِي لَأَجۡعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمَسۡجُونِينَ
29. (El Faraón) le dijo: “Si tomas otra divinidad que no sea yo, haré que te encarcelen”.

Ayah: 30

قَالَ أَوَلَوۡ جِئۡتُكَ بِشَيۡءٖ مُّبِينٖ
30. (Moisés replicó): “¿Aun cuando te traigo una prueba evidente?”.

Ayah: 31

قَالَ فَأۡتِ بِهِۦٓ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
31. (El Faraón) dijo: “Muéstrala si eres veraz”.

Ayah: 32

فَأَلۡقَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ ثُعۡبَانٞ مُّبِينٞ
32. Entonces arrojó su cayado, el cual se convirtió en una serpiente que parecía real.

Ayah: 33

وَنَزَعَ يَدَهُۥ فَإِذَا هِيَ بَيۡضَآءُ لِلنَّٰظِرِينَ
33. Luego extrajo su mano (de dentro de sus vestimentas) y esta apareció (radiantemente) blanca ante quienes la observaban.

Ayah: 34

قَالَ لِلۡمَلَإِ حَوۡلَهُۥٓ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٞ
34. (Entonces, el Faraón) dijo a los dignatarios (de su pueblo) que estaban a su alrededor: “Ciertamente, es un brujo instruido

Ayah: 35

يُرِيدُ أَن يُخۡرِجَكُم مِّنۡ أَرۡضِكُم بِسِحۡرِهِۦ فَمَاذَا تَأۡمُرُونَ
35. que pretende expulsarlos de su tierra con su brujería; ¿qué recomiendan hacer?”.

Ayah: 36

قَالُوٓاْ أَرۡجِهۡ وَأَخَاهُ وَٱبۡعَثۡ فِي ٱلۡمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ
36. Dijeron: “Aplacen su decisión sobre ellos por un tiempo y envíen mensajeros por las ciudades para que reúnan

Ayah: 37

يَأۡتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمٖ
37. a todos los brujos instruidos que encuentren y comparezcan ante ti”.

Ayah: 38

فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَٰتِ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
38. Y todos los brujos fueron reunidos en el día fijado (para competir con su brujería contra Moisés).

Ayah: 39

وَقِيلَ لِلنَّاسِ هَلۡ أَنتُم مُّجۡتَمِعُونَ
39. Y se dijo a la gente: “¿No se congregaron para presenciarlo?

Ayah: 40

لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ ٱلسَّحَرَةَ إِن كَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبِينَ
40. Así podremos seguir a los brujos si resultan ellos los vencedores”.

Ayah: 41

فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالُواْ لِفِرۡعَوۡنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجۡرًا إِن كُنَّا نَحۡنُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبِينَ
41. Y cuando los brujos llegaron, preguntaron al Faraón: “¿Recibiremos alguna recompensa si somos nosotros los vencedores?”.

Ayah: 42

قَالَ نَعَمۡ وَإِنَّكُمۡ إِذٗا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ
42. (El Faraón) contestó: “Sí, y serán de mis allegados”.

Ayah: 43

قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰٓ أَلۡقُواْ مَآ أَنتُم مُّلۡقُونَ
43. Moisés les dijo: “Arrojen lo que tengan que arrojar”.

Ayah: 44

فَأَلۡقَوۡاْ حِبَالَهُمۡ وَعِصِيَّهُمۡ وَقَالُواْ بِعِزَّةِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبُونَ
44. Entonces arrojaron sus cuerdas y sus cayados, y dijeron: “¡Por el poder del Faraón, seremos nosotros los vencedores!”.

Ayah: 45

فَأَلۡقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَلۡقَفُ مَا يَأۡفِكُونَ
45. Y cuando Moisés arrojó su cayado, este devoró (la falsedad) que los brujos habían producido.

Ayah: 46

فَأُلۡقِيَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَٰجِدِينَ
46. Entonces los brujos cayeron postrados.

Ayah: 47

قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
47. (Y) dijeron: “Creemos en el Señor de toda la creación,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 48

رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ
48. en el Señor de Moisés y de Aarón”.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 49

قَالَ ءَامَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحۡرَ فَلَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُم مِّنۡ خِلَٰفٖ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ
49. (El Faraón) dijo: “¿Creen en Moisés antes de concederles yo permiso? Seguro que él es su maestro, quien les ha enseñado la brujería. Pronto sabrán lo que les espera. Amputaré sus manos y pies contrarios, y después los clavaré en un madero[714] a todos”.

Ayah: 50

قَالُواْ لَا ضَيۡرَۖ إِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا مُنقَلِبُونَ
50. Respondieron: “No nos importa lo que puedan hacernos, pues, ciertamente, retornaremos a nuestro Señor (en la otra vida).

Ayah: 51

إِنَّا نَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَٰيَٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
51. Esperamos con anhelo que nuestro Señor perdone nuestros pecados al ser los primeros en creer (de nuestro pueblo)”.

Ayah: 52

۞ وَأَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنۡ أَسۡرِ بِعِبَادِيٓ إِنَّكُم مُّتَّبَعُونَ
52. Luego revelamos a Moisés: “Parte con Mis siervos durante la noche. Serán perseguidos con toda seguridad”.

Ayah: 53

فَأَرۡسَلَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ فِي ٱلۡمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ
53. Entonces el Faraón mandó mensajeros suyos a todas las ciudades (de su territorio para reunir a sus tropas).

Ayah: 54

إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَشِرۡذِمَةٞ قَلِيلُونَ
54. (Les dijo:) “Ellos no son más que un reducido grupo.

Ayah: 55

وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَنَا لَغَآئِظُونَ
55. Pero, realmente, nos han enfurecido.

Ayah: 56

وَإِنَّا لَجَمِيعٌ حَٰذِرُونَ
56. Y nosotros somos una tropa numerosa, bien dispuesta y preparada”.

Ayah: 57

فَأَخۡرَجۡنَٰهُم مِّن جَنَّٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖ
57. Por ello los expulsamos de sus jardines y manantiales,

Ayah: 58

وَكُنُوزٖ وَمَقَامٖ كَرِيمٖ
58. y los despojamos de sus tesoros y de su noble posición.

Ayah: 59

كَذَٰلِكَۖ وَأَوۡرَثۡنَٰهَا بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
59. Así fue, e hicimos que los hijos de Israel heredaran todo aquello (tras la muerte del Faraón y de su pueblo).

Ayah: 60

فَأَتۡبَعُوهُم مُّشۡرِقِينَ
60. (Y el Faraón y su ejército) los siguieron al amanecer.

Ayah: 61

فَلَمَّا تَرَٰٓءَا ٱلۡجَمۡعَانِ قَالَ أَصۡحَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَمُدۡرَكُونَ
61. Y cuando ambas partes se divisaron, los seguidores de Moisés dijeron: “Nos alcanzarán con toda seguridad”.

Ayah: 62

قَالَ كَلَّآۖ إِنَّ مَعِيَ رَبِّي سَيَهۡدِينِ
62. (Moisés) dijo: “¡No lo harán! Mi Señor está conmigo y me guiará”.

Ayah: 63

فَأَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱضۡرِب بِّعَصَاكَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَۖ فَٱنفَلَقَ فَكَانَ كُلُّ فِرۡقٖ كَٱلطَّوۡدِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ
63. E inspiramos a Moisés golpear el mar con su cayado; y este se abrió, y cada parte se alzó como una enorme montaña.

Ayah: 64

وَأَزۡلَفۡنَا ثَمَّ ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ
64. Luego hicimos que los otros (el Faraón y su ejército) se acercaran.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 65

وَأَنجَيۡنَا مُوسَىٰ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥٓ أَجۡمَعِينَ
65. Y salvamos a Moisés y a todos los que estaban con él,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 66

ثُمَّ أَغۡرَقۡنَا ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ
66. y ahogamos a los demás.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 67

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
67. Ciertamente, (en lo que te hemos contado) hay una lección, pero la mayoría (de los hombres) no cree.

Ayah: 68

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
68. Y tu Señor es, en verdad, el Poderoso y el Misericordioso.

Ayah: 69

وَٱتۡلُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ نَبَأَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ
69. Y cuéntales (¡oh, Muhammad!) la historia de Abraham,

Ayah: 70

إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ
70. cuando preguntó a su padre y a su pueblo: “¿Qué es lo que adoran?”.

Ayah: 71

قَالُواْ نَعۡبُدُ أَصۡنَامٗا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَٰكِفِينَ
71. Dijeron: “Adoramos ídolos y estamos entregados a su culto”.

Ayah: 72

قَالَ هَلۡ يَسۡمَعُونَكُمۡ إِذۡ تَدۡعُونَ
72. (Abraham) les preguntó: “¿Los escuchan cuando ustedes los invocan?,

Ayah: 73

أَوۡ يَنفَعُونَكُمۡ أَوۡ يَضُرُّونَ
73. ¿o tienen poder para beneficiarlos o perjudicarlos?”.

Ayah: 74

قَالُواْ بَلۡ وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا كَذَٰلِكَ يَفۡعَلُونَ
74. Respondieron: “(No, pero) nuestros antepasados hacían lo mismo”.

Ayah: 75

قَالَ أَفَرَءَيۡتُم مَّا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡبُدُونَ
75. Abraham les dijo: “¿No han reparado en lo que adoran

Ayah: 76

أَنتُمۡ وَءَابَآؤُكُمُ ٱلۡأَقۡدَمُونَ
76. y adoraban sus antepasados?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 77

فَإِنَّهُمۡ عَدُوّٞ لِّيٓ إِلَّا رَبَّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
77. Pues son enemigos míos, (y no adoro) salvo al Señor de toda la creación;

Ayah: 78

ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَنِي فَهُوَ يَهۡدِينِ
78. Quien me creó y me guía;
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 79

وَٱلَّذِي هُوَ يُطۡعِمُنِي وَيَسۡقِينِ
79. y me da de comer y de beber;

Ayah: 80

وَإِذَا مَرِضۡتُ فَهُوَ يَشۡفِينِ
80. y me cura cuando enfermo;

Ayah: 81

وَٱلَّذِي يُمِيتُنِي ثُمَّ يُحۡيِينِ
81. y hará que muera y resucite;

Ayah: 82

وَٱلَّذِيٓ أَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لِي خَطِيٓـَٔتِي يَوۡمَ ٱلدِّينِ
82. y Quien espero con anhelo que perdone mis faltas el Día del Juicio Final”.

Ayah: 83

رَبِّ هَبۡ لِي حُكۡمٗا وَأَلۡحِقۡنِي بِٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ
83. (Y Abraham rogó a Al-lah diciendo:) “¡Señor, concédeme sabiduría e inclúyeme entre los rectos y virtuosos!

Ayah: 84

وَٱجۡعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدۡقٖ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ
84. Y haz que las generaciones venideras hablen bien de mí.

Ayah: 85

وَٱجۡعَلۡنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
85. Y haz que esté entre quienes hereden el jardín de las delicias.

Ayah: 86

وَٱغۡفِرۡ لِأَبِيٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ
86. Y perdona a mi padre. En verdad, está extraviado.

Ayah: 87

وَلَا تُخۡزِنِي يَوۡمَ يُبۡعَثُونَ
87. Y no me humilles el día en que (los hombres) resucitarán,

Ayah: 88

يَوۡمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٞ وَلَا بَنُونَ
88. día en que de nada servirán los bienes y los hijos;

Ayah: 89

إِلَّا مَنۡ أَتَى ٱللَّهَ بِقَلۡبٖ سَلِيمٖ
89. solo (servirá) presentarse ante Al-lah con un corazón limpio (de incredulidad)”.

Ayah: 90

وَأُزۡلِفَتِ ٱلۡجَنَّةُ لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ
90. Ese día, el Paraíso se aproximará a los piadosos,

Ayah: 91

وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلۡجَحِيمُ لِلۡغَاوِينَ
91. y el Infierno aparecerá ante los extraviados.

Ayah: 92

وَقِيلَ لَهُمۡ أَيۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡبُدُونَ
92. Y se les dirá (a los idólatras): “¿Dónde está aquello que adoraban fuera de Al-lah?

Ayah: 93

مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ هَلۡ يَنصُرُونَكُمۡ أَوۡ يَنتَصِرُونَ
93. ¿Acaso pueden ayudarlos o ayudarse a sí mismos?”.

Ayah: 94

فَكُبۡكِبُواْ فِيهَا هُمۡ وَٱلۡغَاوُۥنَ
94. Y los ídolos que adoraban serán arrojados en él, unos encima de otros, junto con los extraviados.

Ayah: 95

وَجُنُودُ إِبۡلِيسَ أَجۡمَعُونَ
95. Así como Iblis y todas sus huestes.

قَالُواْ وَهُمۡ فِيهَا يَخۡتَصِمُونَ
96. Allí discutirán (quienes cayeron en el extravío) y dirán:

تَٱللَّهِ إِن كُنَّا لَفِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٍ
97. “Por Al-lah que estábamos muy extraviados
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 98

إِذۡ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
98. al equipararlos (a ustedes, ídolos) con el Señor de toda la creación (y adorarlos).

Ayah: 99

وَمَآ أَضَلَّنَآ إِلَّا ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ
99. Quienes nos extraviaron fueron los perversos (que negaban la verdad).

Ayah: 100

فَمَا لَنَا مِن شَٰفِعِينَ
100. No tendremos hoy intercesores
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 101

وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٖ
101. ni amigos íntimos que nos ayuden.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 102

فَلَوۡ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةٗ فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
102. ¡Ojalá tuviésemos otra oportunidad y regresásemos (a la vida mundanal)! Entonces seríamos creyentes”.

Ayah: 103

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
103. Ciertamente, (en lo que te hemos contado) hay una lección, pero la mayoría (de los hombres) no cree.

Ayah: 104

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
104. Y tu Señor es, en verdad, el Poderoso y el Misericordioso.

Ayah: 105

كَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
105. El pueblo (del Profeta) Noé negó a los mensajeros de Al-lah[715].
[715] Pues desmentir a su Mensajero implica desmentir a los mensajeros de Al-lah en general.

Ayah: 106

إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ نُوحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
106. Su hermano[716] Noé les dijo: “¿No temerán a Al-lah?
[716] El término “hermano” significa aquí que Noé era uno de ellos, del mismo pueblo, y no hace referencia a ningún parentesco de sangre.

Ayah: 107

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
107. Yo soy un fiel Mensajero enviado a ustedes.

Ayah: 108

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
108. Teman a Al-lah y obedézcanme.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 109

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
109. No les pido una remuneración (por transmitirles el mensaje); el Señor de toda la creación es Quien me recompensará por ello.

Ayah: 110

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
110. Teman a Al-lah y obedézcanme”.

Ayah: 111

۞ قَالُوٓاْ أَنُؤۡمِنُ لَكَ وَٱتَّبَعَكَ ٱلۡأَرۡذَلُونَ
111. Dijeron: “¿Creeremos en ti cuando te siguen los más despreciables?”.

Ayah: 112

قَالَ وَمَا عِلۡمِي بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ
112. (Noé) dijo: “Yo no sé lo que solían hacer (ni me corresponde saberlo).

Ayah: 113

إِنۡ حِسَابُهُمۡ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّيۖ لَوۡ تَشۡعُرُونَ
113. Mi Señor es Quien los juzgará; si fuesen conscientes de ello (no dirían lo que han dicho sobre ellos).

Ayah: 114

وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
114. Y no voy a echar (de mi lado) a los creyentes.

Ayah: 115

إِنۡ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٞ مُّبِينٞ
115. No soy más que un claro amonestador”.

Ayah: 116

قَالُواْ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ يَٰنُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمَرۡجُومِينَ
116. Le dijeron: “Si no dejas de decirnos esas cosas, Noé, te lapidaremos”.

Ayah: 117

قَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوۡمِي كَذَّبُونِ
117. (Entonces) Noé invocó a Al-lah diciendo: “¡Señor!, mi pueblo me desmiente.

Ayah: 118

فَٱفۡتَحۡ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَهُمۡ فَتۡحٗا وَنَجِّنِي وَمَن مَّعِيَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
118. Juzga entre nosotros y sálvame junto con los creyentes que me siguen”.

Ayah: 119

فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ
119. Y lo salvamos junto con quienes se hallaban con él en el arca, que estaba repleta.

Ayah: 120

ثُمَّ أَغۡرَقۡنَا بَعۡدُ ٱلۡبَاقِينَ
120. Y después ahogamos a los demás.

Ayah: 121

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
121. Ciertamente, (en lo que te hemos contado) hay una lección, pero la mayoría (de los hombres) no cree.

Ayah: 122

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
122. Y tu Señor es, en verdad, el Poderoso y el Misericordioso.

كَذَّبَتۡ عَادٌ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
123. El pueblo de 'Ad desmintió a los mensajeros de Al-lah.

إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ هُودٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
124. Su hermano Hud les dijo: “¿No temerán a Al-lah?

Ayah: 125

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
125. Yo soy un fiel Mensajero enviado a ustedes.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 126

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
126. Teman a Al-lah y obedézcanme.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 127

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
127. No les pido una remuneración (por transmitirles el mensaje); el Señor de toda la creación es Quien me recompensará por ello.

Ayah: 128

أَتَبۡنُونَ بِكُلِّ رِيعٍ ءَايَةٗ تَعۡبَثُونَ
128. ¿Edifican en todo lugar elevado enormes construcciones solo para su orgullo y diversión?

Ayah: 129

وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَخۡلُدُونَ
129. Y erigen fortalezas inaccesibles como si nunca fueran a perecer.

Ayah: 130

وَإِذَا بَطَشۡتُم بَطَشۡتُمۡ جَبَّارِينَ
130. Y cuando castigan, lo hacen con tiranía.

Ayah: 131

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
131. Temed a Al-lah y obedézcanme.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 132

وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَمَدَّكُم بِمَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
132. Teman a Quien les ha concedido todas las buenas cosas que ustedes bien saben.

Ayah: 133

أَمَدَّكُم بِأَنۡعَٰمٖ وَبَنِينَ
133. Les ha concedido ganados e hijos,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 134

وَجَنَّٰتٖ وَعُيُونٍ
134. jardines y manantiales.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 135

إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
135. En verdad, temo para ustedes el castigo de un día terrible”.

Ayah: 136

قَالُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡنَآ أَوَعَظۡتَ أَمۡ لَمۡ تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلۡوَٰعِظِينَ
136. Dijeron: “No importa si nos exhortas o no.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 137

إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا خُلُقُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
137. Esto (que nosotros seguimos) es el modo de vida de nuestros antepasados y sus costumbres[717].
[717] Otra posible interpretación es: “Esto (que nos traes) no es sino viejas leyendas de nuestros antepasados”.

Ayah: 138

وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ
138. Y no seremos castigados”.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 139

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
139. Y desmintieron a su Mensajero y los destruimos. Ciertamente, (en lo que hemos contado) hay una lección; pero la mayoría (de los hombres) no cree.

Ayah: 140

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
140. Y tu Señor es, en verdad, el Poderoso y el Misericordioso.

Ayah: 141

كَذَّبَتۡ ثَمُودُ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
141. El pueblo de Zamud[718] desmintió a los mensajeros de Al-lah.
[718] Ver las notas de la aleya 73 de la sura 7.

إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ صَٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
142. Su hermano Saleh les dijo: “¿No temerán a Al-lah?

Ayah: 143

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
143. Yo soy un fiel Mensajero enviado a ustedes.

Ayah: 144

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
144. Teman a Al-lah y obedézcanme.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 145

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
145. No les pido una remuneración (por transmitirles el mensaje); el Señor de toda la creación es Quien me recompensará por ello.

Ayah: 146

أَتُتۡرَكُونَ فِي مَا هَٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ
146. ¿Piensan que (Al-lah) los dejará (para siempre) en medio de las gracias que tienen (y que estarán) a salvo de Su castigo

Ayah: 147

فِي جَنَّٰتٖ وَعُيُونٖ
147. entre jardines y manantiales,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 148

وَزُرُوعٖ وَنَخۡلٖ طَلۡعُهَا هَضِيمٞ
148. entre cultivos y palmeras de tiernos frutos?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 149

وَتَنۡحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ بُيُوتٗا فَٰرِهِينَ
149. Y esculpen casas en las montañas con mucha habilidad.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 150

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
150. Teman a Al-lah y obedézcanme,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 151

وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
151. y no obedezcan las órdenes de quienes se exceden (e invitan a los demás a la idolatría);
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 152

ٱلَّذِينَ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ
152. esos que siembran la corrupción en la tierra y no la mejoran”.

Ayah: 153

قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَحَّرِينَ
153. Dijeron: “Ciertamente, tú no eres más que un embrujado.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 154

مَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُنَا فَأۡتِ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
154. No eres sino un ser humano como nosotros. Muéstranos un milagro si eres de los veraces”.

Ayah: 155

قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٞ لَّهَا شِرۡبٞ وَلَكُمۡ شِرۡبُ يَوۡمٖ مَّعۡلُومٖ
155. (Saleh) les dijo: “Aquí tienen esta camella (como prueba de mi veracidad). Ella tiene un día asignado para beber y ustedes, otro.

Ayah: 156

وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوٓءٖ فَيَأۡخُذَكُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٖ
156. No le hagan ningún daño o se abatirá sobre ustedes el castigo de un día terrible”.

Ayah: 157

فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصۡبَحُواْ نَٰدِمِينَ
157. Mas la mataron, y después se arrepintieron.

Ayah: 158

فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
158. Y el castigo se abatió sobre ellos. Ciertamente, (en lo que hemos contado) hay una lección; pero la mayoría (de los hombres) no cree.

Ayah: 159

وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
159. Y tu Señor es, en verdad, el Poderoso y el Misericordioso.

Ayah: 160

كَذَّبَتۡ قَوۡمُ لُوطٍ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ
160. El pueblo (del Profeta) Lot desmintió a los mensajeros de Al-lah.

Ayah: 161

إِذۡ قَالَ لَهُمۡ أَخُوهُمۡ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
161. Su hermano Lot les dijo: “¿No temerán a Al-lah?

Ayah: 162

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
162. Yo soy un fiel Mensajero enviado a ustedes.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 163

فَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ
163. Teman a Al-lah y obedézcanme.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 164

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
164. No les pido una remuneración (por transmitirles el mensaje); el Señor de toda la creación es Quien me recompensará por ello.

Ayah: 165

أَتَأۡتُونَ ٱلذُّكۡرَانَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
165. ¿De entre toda la humanidad escogen a los hombres (para sus relaciones sexuales)?
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 166

وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمۡ رَبُّكُم مِّنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۚ بَلۡ أَنتُمۡ قَوۡمٌ عَادُونَ
166. ¿Y dejan a quienes su Señor ha creado como esposas para ustedes? Ciertamente, son un pueblo transgresor”.

Ayah: 167

قَالُواْ لَئِن لَّمۡ تَنتَهِ يَٰلُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمُخۡرَجِينَ
167. Le dijeron: “Si no dejas de decirnos esas cosas, Lot, te expulsaremos”.

Ayah: 168

قَالَ إِنِّي لِعَمَلِكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقَالِينَ
168. Lot replicó: “En verdad, detesto lo que hacen”.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 169

رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهۡلِي مِمَّا يَعۡمَلُونَ
169. E invocó a Al-lah diciendo: “¡Señor!, sálvame a mí y a mi familia de lo que hacen”.

Ayah: 170

فَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥٓ أَجۡمَعِينَ
170. Y lo salvamos junto con su familia,
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 171

إِلَّا عَجُوزٗا فِي ٱلۡغَٰبِرِينَ
171. salvo a una anciana (su esposa), que fue de quienes recibieron el castigo.

Ayah: 172

ثُمَّ دَمَّرۡنَا ٱلۡأٓخَرِينَ
172. Y después destruimos a los demás.
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 173

وَأَمۡطَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّطَرٗاۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلۡمُنذَرِينَ
173. E hicimos que cayera sobre ellos una lluvia (de piedras). ¡Qué lluvia tan terrible para quienes fueron advertidos!

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
174. Ciertamente, (en lo que hemos contado) hay una lección; pero la mayoría (de los hombres) no cree.

177. Su Mensajero Shu’aib les dijo: “¿No temerán a Al-lah?

إِنِّي لَكُمۡ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٞ
178. Yo soy un fiel Mensajero enviado a ustedes.

179. Teman a Al-lah y obedézcanme.

وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
180. No les pido una remuneración (por transmitirles el mensaje); el Señor de toda la creación es Quien me recompensará por ello.

۞ أَوۡفُواْ ٱلۡكَيۡلَ وَلَا تَكُونُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡمُخۡسِرِينَ
181. Den la medida justa (cuando comercien) y no causen pérdidas a los demás (haciendo trampas).

وَزِنُواْ بِٱلۡقِسۡطَاسِ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمِ
182. Y pesen (con equidad) con una balanza exacta.

وَلَا تَبۡخَسُواْ ٱلنَّاسَ أَشۡيَآءَهُمۡ وَلَا تَعۡثَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُفۡسِدِينَ
183. No estafen a la gente (dándoles menos de lo que les corresponde) ni siembren la corrupción en la tierra.

وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُمۡ وَٱلۡجِبِلَّةَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ
184. Y teman a Quien los creó a ustedes y a las generaciones que los precedieron”.

قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُسَحَّرِينَ
185. Dijeron: “En verdad, estás embrujado.

وَمَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡكَٰذِبِينَ
186. No eres más que un ser humano como nosotros y creemos que eres un mentiroso.

فَأَسۡقِطۡ عَلَيۡنَا كِسَفٗا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
187. Haz que se desplome un pedazo de cielo sobre nosotros, si eres de los veraces”.

قَالَ رَبِّيٓ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ
188. (Shu’aib) dijo: “Mi Señor es Quien mejor sabe lo que hacen”.

Ayah: 189

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمۡ عَذَابُ يَوۡمِ ٱلظُّلَّةِۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمٍ
189. Y desmintieron al Mensajero, y se abatió sobre ellos el castigo el “día de la sombra”[720]. En verdad, fue un castigo terrible.
[720] Dicho día se refiere a uno de extremo calor que hizo que la gente buscase protección bajo una nube que los cubrió con su sombra; mas Al-lah hizo que descendiese fuego de ella, y los abrasó a todos.

Ayah: 190

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ
190. Ciertamente, (en lo que hemos contado) hay una lección, pero la mayoría (de los hombres) no cree.

197. ¿Acaso no les sirve de prueba (a los habitantes de La Meca) que los hijos de Israel tuvieran conocimiento de él?

وَلَوۡ نَزَّلۡنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضِ ٱلۡأَعۡجَمِينَ
198. Y si lo hubiéramos revelado a algún extranjero (que no fuera árabe)

Ayah: 199

فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيۡهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنِينَ
199. y este les hubiera recitado sus aleyas, tampoco habrían creído en él[721].
[721] Los idólatras de La Meca se negaron a creer en el Profeta Muhammad —que Al-lah lo bendiga y le dé la paz— argumentando que Al-lah no podía haber encomendado Su mensaje a un hombre como ellos. Mas si Al-lah les hubiese enviado un Profeta que hablase una lengua extranjera, habrían tenido más razones para desmentirlo, pues entonces no habrían comprendido el mensaje.

Ayah: 200

كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكۡنَٰهُ فِي قُلُوبِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ
200. Así es como hemos introducido (la incredulidad y el rechazo hacia el Corán) en los corazones de los perversos.

لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُاْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَلِيمَ
201. No creerán en él hasta que vean el doloroso castigo.

فَيَأۡتِيَهُم بَغۡتَةٗ وَهُمۡ لَا يَشۡعُرُونَ
202. Y este se abata sobre ellos por sorpresa, sin que se den cuenta.

فَيَقُولُواْ هَلۡ نَحۡنُ مُنظَرُونَ
203. Entonces dirán: “¿No se nos concederá un plazo de tiempo (para que podamos creer)?”.

208. Y todas las ciudades que destruimos habían recibido la llegada de (mensajeros) amonestadores

ذِكۡرَىٰ وَمَا كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ
209. que exhortaban (a sus habitantes). Y no fuimos injustos (al destruirlas).

وَمَا تَنَزَّلَتۡ بِهِ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ
210. Y no son los demonios quienes han hecho descender (el Corán),

وَمَا يَنۢبَغِي لَهُمۡ وَمَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ
211. (pues) ni les corresponde hacerlo ni tienen poder para ello.

إِنَّهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلسَّمۡعِ لَمَعۡزُولُونَ
212. Y no se les permite escuchar nada (del Corán en el cielo ni lo que dicen los ángeles).

فَلَا تَدۡعُ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُعَذَّبِينَ
213. No invoques a ninguna otra divinidad fuera de Al-lah (¡oh, Muhammad!) o estarás entre los castigados.

وَأَنذِرۡ عَشِيرَتَكَ ٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ
214. Y advierte primero a tus familiares más cercanos,

وَٱخۡفِضۡ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
215. y sé humilde y afable con quienes te siguen de entre los creyentes.

فَإِنۡ عَصَوۡكَ فَقُلۡ إِنِّي بَرِيٓءٞ مِّمَّا تَعۡمَلُونَ
216. Y si te desobedecen, diles: “No tengo nada que ver con lo que hacen”.

وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

219. y cuando rezas con quienes se postran contigo (rezando en congregación).

220. Ciertamente, Él es el Oyente (de todas las cosas), el Sabio.

هَلۡ أُنَبِّئُكُمۡ عَلَىٰ مَن تَنَزَّلُ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ
221. ¿Quieren que les diga sobre quién descienden los demonios?

تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٖ
222. Descienden sobre todo mentiroso pecador[722].
[722] Como en el caso de los adivinos. Los demonios intentan escuchar algo de lo que se dice en el cielo y lo transmiten a los adivinos añadiendo innumerables mentiras.

Ayah: 223

يُلۡقُونَ ٱلسَّمۡعَ وَأَكۡثَرُهُمۡ كَٰذِبُونَ
223. (Los demonios) intentan escuchar lo que se dice (en el cielo), y la mayoría de ellos son unos mentirosos (que transmiten mentiras a los hombres).

Ayah: 224

وَٱلشُّعَرَآءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ ٱلۡغَاوُۥنَ
224. Y los extraviados (de entre los yinn y los hombres) siguen (las frivolidades) de los poetas.

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّهُمۡ فِي كُلِّ وَادٖ يَهِيمُونَ
225. ¿Es que no ves que los poetas hablan sobre cualquier tema (banal)

وَأَنَّهُمۡ يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفۡعَلُونَ
226. y dicen lo que no hacen?,

Ayah: 227

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَذَكَرُواْ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرٗا وَٱنتَصَرُواْ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا ظُلِمُواْۗ وَسَيَعۡلَمُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَيَّ مُنقَلَبٖ يَنقَلِبُونَ
227. salvo aquellos (poetas) que creen, actúan con rectitud, glorifican mucho a Al-lah (en sus escritos) y responden (con sus poemas) a las ofensas (de quienes critican a los creyentes y la religión de Al-lah). ¡Ya sabrán los injustos el destino que les espera!
