إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَأَنذَرۡتَهُمۡ أَمۡ لَمۡ تُنذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Tunay na ang mga tumangging sumampalataya – magkapantay sa kanila nagbabala ka man sa kanila o hindi ka nagbabala sa kanila – ay hindi sumasampalataya.
